***Simone's POV***

The group member listing would be placed on the notice board today. Josh and I weaved our way through the thick crowd trying to get a peek at it. Davia pushed pass me.
"Congrats. We're history partners." She told the very elated Josh.

Josh couldn't stop smiling. "God does answers prayers." He said, giving me a very tight hug.

"What do you see in her anyway?" I wondered out loud.

"Sim. She's an amazing girl. You'll see it in due time." Josh said optimistically.

"I doubt that will ever happen." I mumbled.

The crowd finally cleared and I was able to see the board. I scanned it for my name and found it right beside Ramon's. Isn't that interesting.

We made our way to history class, some students grumbling about not wanting the partners they were given.

I went and sat beside Ramon so we could plan for our assignment. Ramon looked at me.
"And why are you sitting beside me? I knew you couldn't resist my handsome face." He smirked.

"Don't flatter yourself. I'm your history partner." I told him and his face lit up.

By the end of the class we decided we would do the assignment at his house. He said he can't wait to introduce me to his parents which is really weird because I'm not his girlfriend.

Once the lunch bell rang, I made my way to the cafeteria. Surprisingly Josh was already there and he had a huge grin on his face.

"Why do you look like Joker?" I asked him.

"Guess what?" He sounded very enthusiastic.

"Tell me." I was in no mood to play any guessing game right now. All I wanted was to be around my Trey.

"Davia will be coming over my house tonight for the history assignment. Then tomorrow night I will be going over to her house. Isn't that amazing?"

"Yes. Sure." I mumbled as I started eating my lunch. I really wish Josh and I could see eye to eye on this particular matter. Why couldn't he see that she's not good for him. She's pure evil! I shook my head trying to decipher what Josh sees in her. Maybe Davia brainwashed him. I wouldn't be surprised if she did something to him.

When school finally ended, I got in the front seat beside Trey. I let out an exhausted sigh and Trey laughed.
"What's wrong with you?" he asked as we pulled out of the school's parking lot. Josh wasn't riding with us today. I guess he's going home with Davia in her BMW. What a showoff.

I sighed again. "I'm really tired." I told Trey as I pushed the seat back so I could relax.

"Tired of what? Me? " Trey asked.
" No." I shoved his shoulder playfully. "School is making me tired."

" Oh. Because I know you couldn't be tired of this sexy body." Trey gloated.

He was right. I don't think I will ever get tired of his body... His kisses....his touches.

"Oh Trey. I'm going over to Ramon's house tonight for a history assignment. Do mind driving me?" I asked.

Trey suddenly hit the brakes and the car came to a halt almost causing me to plunge from my seat.

"You're going over to Ramon's house?" Trey asked.

"Yeah. You know him?" I inquired.

"Vaguely " Trey responded. "Ill pick you up later."

I decided not to ask anymore questions. I didn't even realize that we were at my house. I got out of the car and walked up to my house.
Trey didn't stay for dinner. I don't know what's up with him but I'm surely going to find out.
