I stood in front of the big ball in NYC. I was looking for Kennedy, but she wasn’t here. She said that she was going to take a little wee.
She said that 15 minutes ago and it doesn’t take 15 minutes to pee. I felt a hand on my arm and I turned around and saw Kennedy right there. I sighed in relief.
“Thank God” I huffed and she smiled at me “I thought you got kidnapped or something”
“The line for the bathroom was horrendously long” she said and leaned against me “How many more minutes?”
“Five more” I told her as I wrapped my arms around her waist. I felt her sigh against my chest and I kissed her head.
“Thank you” I heard her say and I looked down at her.
“For what?” I asked her as I held her close.
“Just for everything” she said smiling to me and I smiled back. I heard the people counting down behind us and around us but I didn’t care.
“I love you” I told her as she turned to face me.
“I love you too” she breathed as our foreheads touched.

“I’m going to kiss you now” I said brushing my lips against hers and she giggled.
“1”
“HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!”
I leaned in and gave her the most passionate kiss I could give anyone. I started the year off really shitty but I ended it and started it with the girl I love.
“Its 2014” she said once we pulled apart and I flashed her a smile.
“Yeah I know, I can’t believe it” I told her and she laughed at me. I leaned in and gave her another kiss.
“Finally a good way to start of the year” I mumbled in her ear and she chuckled.

* 1 month later*
“I think Sophia you need to get your priorities straight” I heard my girlfriend say on the phone. She was currently sitting in the lounge area of the studio and she had a day off so she came to visit me and have a chat with the other girlfriends. It was our monthly meeting and all of the boy’s girlfriends needed to be here.
I sat down next to her and brought her closer to me and whispered something in her ear that made her giggle.
“Look I gotta go” she said and I heard Sophia mutter something.
“Kinky” Sophia said on the other end and Kennedy giggled.
“Love you boo” she said and hung up.
“You love her more than me” I pouted and she giggled.
“That’s not true babe” she said and kissed my lips “I love you more”
“Good” I smirked and kissed her back “What time are you being called in?”
“I don’t know” she muttered and I kissed her temple “At this point I don’t even want to go in”
I chuckled “The meeting’s done so you wanna go home?”
“Yeah, maybe I can sleep” she yawned and we walked out.

I woke up to an empty bed and found that my girlfriend wasn’t home. She left a note saying that she was called in and that she would see me around 5 o’ clock.
I decided to clean the house a little and do some laundry. Time went by and it was soon 5; I heard the door open and Kennedy walked in.
“Hi babe” she said leaning in and giving me a kiss “What’s up?”
“Not much “I said as I pulled her down and she sat on my lap “How was work?”
She shrugged “I don’t know, I kind of want to take a bath”
I chuckled at her and she looked at me.
“What? Sorry that was really random though” she said and I nodded “Will you take a bath with me?”
“Sounds good” I said smirking at her and she leaned in and kissed me.

“Any more bubbles you might as well just get rid of the water” she said to me as we sat in the tub.
“What? You didn’t like the bubbles?” I whined to her and she giggled.
“No, I just think… you put too much” she said trailing off. She adjusted herself so she sat in between my legs.
“This is nice” she murmured to me as she lifted up some bubbles and blew on it.
“I agree” I said kissing her neck and she leaned back into me.
“I love you” I said kissing her on the corner of her mouth. I felt her shift and she looked at me.
“I love you too Harry” she smiled at me.
“Good” I said and she leaned against me.
