Next Year (In Florida)

"Kyuhyun - Ah!" I yelled nicely as I ran up to our bed room. I opened the door and saw he laying passed out on the bed. The soft breathing made me smile, I've missed it. He has been in Australia for a couple months and it was nice to have him here with me again.

"Yeobo!" I said in a cheery tone. He groaned a couple of times before turning over and looking at me. He smiled and wrapped his arms around me while pulling me to lay on top of him.

"Yah! You have to get up! You don't want to sleep all day." I said as he held me tighter.

"But I don't wanna get up..." He mumbled as he moved up and kissed me.

"Get up! I have to go or they'll be late!" I said as I broke free from his grasp and pulled him up out of bed.

"How do I deal with you?" I muttered to myself. He scratched the back of his head and wrapped his arms around my chest.

"Yah! Wash up fast! Then come down to eat!" I said to him as I ran away fast. We couldn't get caught up in the moment or they would be even more late. I left our room and went to the living room. Kyumin and Sun Hi were sitting on the couch while watching TV.

"Yah! Are you two seriously watching the television? We have to go!" I yelled as I grabbed their coats and we all headed down the stairs.

"Dad! Who's my mom?" Kyumin asked. I stopped and stared down at the small ten year old that stood in front of me. She looked up at me with her big innocent eyes and I smiled at her and squatted down so we were at eye level.

"Kyuminnie... Do you know why we named you Kyumin?" I asked her. She shook her head and I grabbed her hands.

"Appa..." I heard Sun Hi mutter.

"Shush child!" I said. "We named you after Kyu appa and me. Thus creating Kyumin, understand?" I explained.

"I get that... but who is she? I know it can't be Juliana or Linda unnie, they don't have a husband so they can't make babies..." She said.

"Lets just go..." Sun Hi muttered once again.

"Aish child..." I mumbled to my self as we started to walk on the side walk. Sun Hi walked in front of Kyumin and me. It was surprising how moody an eleven year old could be. As we approached the middle school, Sun Hi stopped when a boy was starting to walk with her. I stopped Kyumin and we took a couple steps back.

"Uhm... Annyeong Sun Hi..." The boy said shyly as he scratched the back of my head. I couldn't help but smile.

"Oh... Hi Sam... why did you greet me in Korean?" She asked him. The boy laughed shyly and shrugged.

"I thought it'd be cool to learn Korean for you... I didn't want to be creepy by using your real name but if I were to speak Korean to you, I thought it made sense to use your real name." He said as redness filled his cheeks.

"You didn't have to learn for me... You could've just said 'hi Sunny' instead of actually learning... I mean I speak English..." They were talking a bit loud now.

"It's just..." He said but stopped as soon as Sun Hi walked away, leaving this Sam by himself. Poor kid. Kyumin and I walked the other direction to get to her middle school. The walk there was filled with silence until my phone rang

"Hello?"

{How's Kyumin?} The familiar voice said. I smiled and looked at Kyumin who was sitting on the curb.

"You would know if you came to visit..."

{I'm going to wait a bit... Please raise her well!}

"You tell me the same thing every year ever since you wanted me to take her in."

{*sigh* at least tell her I said happy birthday.}

"Of course, Donghae. Will you ever come see her?"

{Maybe when she's fifteen. It's still sad though. That I can't see my own niece...}

"Yah, don't be sad... It's not your fault your brothers wife wanted to put her up for adoption..."

{I'll come visit when I can...}

"Okay, good bye." I hung up and Kyumin was standing in front of me.

"Who's Donghae? Were you talking about me? I wanna know!" She asked. I turned her around and gave her a small shove so she would continue walking. She kept asking questions but I ignored them. As we reached her school, I waved goodbye and walked towards then other direction.

I entered the house and saw Kyuhyun resting his head on the dining table. I walked over to him and swatted his head.

"Yah! Wake up!" I yelled. He groaned and slowly lifted his head.

"What's for breakfast?" I asked while sitting across from him. He licked his lips and rested his head back on the table.

"Sleep." he replied. A grin grew on my face when I heard that answer.

"We've been over this. Sleep isn't edible."

"I know, but I miss it. Now that we have two kids..." I didn't complete his sentence and sat up straight.

"Should we just go out to eat? It's only us two left here anyways..." he said as a smirk grew on his face.

"Where should we eat then?" I asked as I stood up and rested my chin on his shoulder. He kissed my cheek and stood up.

"I don't care." he said as he took my hand and held it.

"As long as I'm with you."
