I sat in the living room, staring out the window. Kyuhyun lost his memory once again.

How long would it take for him to get it back? Would he ever get it back? Would he still love me?

Those were the questions I kept asking myself.

"Appa!" Sun Hi said as she entered the room. I looked at her and she sat down.

"We need to discuss some things." she said very mature like.

"Yes what is it dear?"

"So in school we saw a video about abusive relation ships. You and Kyu appas relation ship was completely abusive! Did you know this? Almost everything you did crossed the lines of loving to abuse!" she was almost yelling in frustration.

"No honey, we love each other very much." I assured her. She shook her head violently.

"No you don't!" she yelled. "In the book, you guys weren't nice to each other. You mainly had sex with each other, sex isn't the key to love. You guys might say you love each other, but do you really?" she stared at me with shock.

"What is this book you said you read?" I asked her.

"The book Kyu appa kept while he was twenty three or something, when he first met you. I read all of it. It was quite long but you know, it was entertaining enough." she let out a loud sigh and stared at the ground.

"What if this is why he doesn't remember you? What if he never loved you like how you love him? What if he'll completely forget you? What would you do? How will you make him remember?" She asked in a whisper. I sat frozen, not knowing how to respond.

"I don't know what I'll do..." I whispered. I fixed my gaze back to the window. I really hope he won't forget me that easily.

I went to the hospital again, hoping I can get Kyuhyun back to me. As I was about to step into the room, I saw a woman in there. I took a step to the side so they couldn't see me.

"You really are pretty, have we met?" I heard Kyuhyun say.

"Do you know Ryeowook?" the female voice asked.

"He works for me." What? I thought he would've forgotten that.

"Well I'm his friend, Sulli." I could hear her giggle. "So how's your husband?" she asked him. He didn't answer for a bit.

"I'll let you in on a secret, I've been pretending to not know who he is. I think our spark is gone and I want him gone. I knew Taeyeon wouldn't shoot him. That's why I jumped. Of course I love him and Sun Hi, but I'm tired of this shit. We seem happy right? Well him and Sun Hi are the happy ones. That's why I've been acting as if I were in a coma for five years. I bribed the doctors to let me stay and have him think this for a couple years. I thought he'd move on, but damn, that guy really loves me!" The tone of his voice made him seem frustrated. I clutched my wrists.

Did he really think this way?

I continued listening for a bit.

"If you don't like him, then why did you propose?" she asked.

"I loved him at the time, I loved him a lot. I would've given him the world if I could! But now, unless we can be better, I won't be the bastard I am. I guess I really am a douche." I heard him chuckle but the woman was silent.

"You really are a douche. What do you mean by get better? I've seen you guys and you seem really like a couple that loves each other." she said sharply. Kyuhyun was silent for a bit.

"You're right. I don't know what I was thinking. But I was joking about faking the whole 'paying the doctors to let me stay.' Actually I woke up a couple days ago and I wanted it to be a prank. I was joking this whole time, don't tell Sungmin..." I heard her footsteps walk towards the door. I ran and hid behind a wall so I wouldn't seem suspicious. After the sound of her footsteps disappeared, I walked back to the doorway. I took a deep breath once again and forced myself to walk in the room. Kyuhyun looked at me and was tense.

"Hello Kyuhyun." I said in a monotone way, not my usual happiness. He nodded and stared as I took a seat in the chair.

"Is something wrong?" he asked me.

"You remember me right?" I asked him.

"Yeah..." My hopes went up. "You were here when I woke up." and then I crashed again.

"Is that all you remember me from?"

"You look familiar but I don't know why..." he said. I guess he was a convincing liar. I stood up and kneeled down next to him.

"Tell me what you want and I'll give it to you..." I whispered in his ear, trying to sound seductive. I saw a smirk grow on his face, the one I missed.

He grabbed the back of my hair and pulled me closer to his face, our lips centimeters away.

"I love you, I was joking about everything." he murmured.

"Are you sure?" I whispered back to him. He became stiff suddenly.

"Why so tense? You don't really love me do you?" I asked again.

"Why do you think I don't love you?" he asked back.

"Goodbye Kyuhyun. If you ever need me, you probably will know where to find me." I said as I stood up and walked out the door. For once, I wasn't crying.

I walked back into the house and saw Sun Hi reading on the couch.

"Hi appa." she said, keeping her nose in the book. I walked over to her and sat down on the couch.

"I think you were right... I don't think Kyuhyun loves me anymore." I looked at the ground and heard her book slam.

"I never said that! I asked it!" she yelled. I nodded but didn't say a word. I felt anger more than sadness for once. For five years, I always felt sad, never anger.

"Appa, he loves you. Love just doesn't disappear like that..." she said as she stuck her nose back in her book.

"Not unless he never liked me. What if he only liked me for the sex like you said?" I turned and stared out the window.

"You should stop with the what if questions. It doesn't seem to help you with anything." she was right. It just made me feel worse. I couldn't stop thinking about everything that was happening. Maybe this is just how life is like?
