Should I forgive Kyuhyun? For all I know, he could've actually been kidding about that shit. What if he wasn't kidding and was lying again? Should I just give up on him? Or should I let him in again?
All these questions ran through my head. I sat behind my desk in my office. I had nothing better to do, I didn't want to just sit around all day like I've been doing for a couple days. There was a knock on the door.
"Come in." I said, but no one came in. I stared at the door and waited. After a minute, the door handle slowly turned and there was a figure in the doorway. It was a young woman, she looked short and had orange-ish hair. She gave me a ninety degree bow and then walked slowly until she stood in front of me.
"Sungmin oppa..." the small woman said.
"I'm sorry, but do we know each other?" I asked as she twiddled her thumbs.
"Yes, we don't know each other that well though. We met five years ago on the plane, when you were going to Vancouver." She said shyly. I stared at her a bit, I tried to make it seem like I remember when in reality I had no idea who she was.
"Mmhmm... oh where are my manors! Take a seat!" I said happily as I gestured her to sit in the chair next to her. She nodded and sat down quietly.
"I'm Luna. It makes sense why you wouldn't remember, we had a brief meaning. I just wanted to ask about one of your friends..." she almost spoke in a whisper, she kept her head down.
"Yes, go ahead, ask away."
"Can you tell me about Kim Ryeowook?" She asked as her head perked up.
Luna? Ryeowook? Was this that crazy girl Sungmin told me about a long time ago?
"Oh! Luna! Ryeowook use to talk about you!" I said as I smiled at her. She smiled back and looked around.
"Yes, well, do you know where he's been? Or where he's currently staying?" she asked. She sounded like some sort of stalker.
"Sorry, but I have no idea where he's been. The last time I saw him was... Five years ago? That's the most recent..." She nodded and stood up and left.
Well that wasn't weird at all.
I shook my head and decided that it was time to leave the little room. I stood up and walked towards the opened door, Suho and Chen were talking with bright smiled on their faces. Them being happy brought a smile to my own face. I waved at them as I walked out of the cafe.
It's been a while since I actually went home, Sun Hi has been staying with Juliana and Linda, as for me, I slept in my office.
I walked a bit, unknowing where to go, not caring where I'll end up. I stared at the ground the whole time, I wanted to be surprised to where my feet took me.
I came to a stop. I looked up and was really shocked. There in front of me was Kyuhyuns door. It was so natural, walking from my cafe to his home. Out of habit, I ended up at his home. The thought that I shouldn't do this anymore made me a bit pissed. I walked down the stairs, stopping at my door. The door opened slowly and I wasn't surprised to whom it was.
"Why are you in my house, Kyuhyun?" I asked as I looked to the side, avoiding eye contact.
"I was waiting for you, I wanted it to be like old times but you took to long and I got bored." he pouted a bit. I have to admit, it was cute, but not winning me over.
"We're in our thirties now, you can't be like that..." I muttered.
"I'll be what I want. Just please, I just want you back. I'm a bastard, I know. Just please, please, come back. I won't stop, and I can't stop." he laughed a bit from his stupid connection to a song, then he frowned again.
"Just stop already..." I whispered.
"We've been together for ten years! How can I stop? I wanted to prank you and piss you off for a bit but now I kinda feel bad... You're never pissed off at me for more than a week! We usually have things going after a couple days!" he yelled, I looked around and shoved him into the room. I closed the door, making sure it was closed tightly.
"Can you shut up for once? The neighbors will complain!" I yelled back.
"The longest we've been without each other was like a month!"
"Just shut up! I don't care about anything! Just forget everything! I'm done!" I screamed. Kyuhyuns expression dropped more, more than I thought it could.
"I already forgot once, I'm not going to forget everything that's happened twice." he whispered.
"If you can forget once, then you can forget again." I whispered back sharply.
"How can I forget you when I even promised that I'll remember?" A tear rolled down his face.
"You've broken all of our promises. It doesn't even matter anymore." I turned and walked towards the door. He grabbed my wrist and spun me around.
"There's still one I haven't broken. You know it too. 'Promise me that you won't leave,' I still haven't left, have I? So no, I haven't broken all of my promises. Adding one more promise won't make a difference. I promise I won't brake it." he whispered.
"Exactly, adding a promise won't make a difference. You can brake all of those promises if you wanted to. You just down want to hurt me. You know what I'm capable of. You know how cold hearted I am. You know that if I want to kill you, I'd do it." I responded back coldly. He stared at me in shock. I shoved his hand away and ran out the door.
Would I really kill him if I wanted to?
