Your phone rang in the middle of the night. You slightly opened your eyes & yawned. You reached out & grabbed your phone lazily before answering it.
"Yeoboseyo?" You said groggily into your phone.
The voice at the end of the phone delivered a shocking message to you which also made sure to prevent any possibility of you to return back to your dreamland any time soon. After he/she had delivered the message, he/she hung up leaving your whole parts of body numb from the sudden shock. You slowly set your phone down near the table next to your comfy bed as your mind finally managed to process everything you just heard.
You can feel your heart breaking into pieces but your mind told you everything happened was true. Then, tears escaped from your pair of eyes trailed down your face as the force of the other person's words finally completely sunk intp your ming & the last sentence loudly remained echoing in your ears which made you flinched a bit to the fact that... "He is dead."

You finally arrived. You slowly took step by step silently to approach the building, tears still trailing down your cheeks. It seemed like you had been crying ever since you had received the news yesterday morning because you looked so pale than before with your puffy & red pair of eyes. Your mind was in a haze of grief so you barely accepted the greetings of the people who had arrived at the mortuary before yourself.
As you slowly moved closer to the casket at the front of the room, you can barely heard snippets of the conversations from those around you.
"...sick for a long time."
"Isn't she his ex?"
"He was so young. It's so sad."
You let the sound of the voices wash over you as you syared into the coffin & glanced at the face of the man you used to love. In fact, you still love him. As you stared at his perfect features, memories began to flood into your brain & you let them come to you as you're desperate to hold onto happier times with him.

"Oppa!" You called out loudly. When you saw you had gained his attention, you immediately skipped your way towards him & jumped into his arms. Both of you began to let out a laugh as he twirled you around in his arms. It has been pretty a while since you are able to see him. The twoof you had been dating for almost five years now.
After he placed you back down onto the ground, you slipped your hand into his & held onto it tightly -enjoying the feeling of his body heat mingling with your.
Soon, both of you started to walk in the direction of your favorite restaurant. You were a little hit surprised when he suddenly asked if you wanted to go there, but you agreed anyway, just glad you were able to spend time with him.
Once he led you inside, he immediately brought you to your favorite spot with an amazing view of the nearby river. The lights fron the sun twinkled on the surface of the water & you couldn't help but marvel at the beautiful scene. The sound of his voice soon brought you back to your senses.
"y/n, actually there is a reason why I brought you here today othet than just to go on a date.with you. We have been dating for quite awhile & you know how much I love you & I know how much you love me. So, I just have one single question for you." He paused a bbit after saying those, letting the tension to fill in. You knew what he was up to & what he was going to ask & you were on the verge of just yelling at him to spit it out already when he began to speak his words again.
"y/n, will you..marry me?"
Despite the fact that yoy knew he was going to propose, you couldn't help but to squeal. You nodded your head so hard that your whole bodt moved along with it. "Yes, I will marry you! I love you so much, my prince charming!" You used to call him with that nickname when you first met him.
After hearing your statement, he leaned in closer & closer. You shut your eyes closed. Soon, you felt his lips pressed against yours. He gave you a quick peck then you opened your eyes only to ser a velvet box with a 5 carat, white-gold diamond ring. You gasped at the extravagance of the wwhole event. He got up from his chair & took the ring. He walked over to you confidently, gracefully kneeled down in front of you. Tears of happiness began to flow from your eyes when he gently took a hold of your hand to slide the ring over your slender finger.
As soon as he had accomplished the tadk, you jumped up from your chair & squeezed him in a tight hug. You leaned in closer to his ear, your lips softly brushed his skin as you whispered to him in a low tone, "You're all mine from now."
