It was already midnight & there’s still no sign of Baekhyun. You were exhausted because of him. A week ago, he was starting to ignore you but you don’t even know why he acts that way. He was not the same Byun Baekhyun you used to know, he was slightly different. He used to be the happy-go-lucky type of guy, who loves you more than he loves himself but guess that was all the past. The way he ignores you, it really concern you. Just why he acts like that towards you? He used to say he’ll never neglect you or even ignore you but that was just a stupid promise you used to believe & not anymore.
You glanced at the clock while trying to stay awake & wait for Baekhyun. It was almost 1 o’clock but Baekhyun was still out there. You sat down on the couch in the living room & stared at the ceiling in the dark. You looked around only to see nothing except the darkness that filled the room since you turned off the lights. You let a yawn while closing your eyes for a moment. You opened your eyes & secretly glanced back to the clock.You let out a heavy sigh & in the end, you gave up & went upstairs towards the room you shared with your beloved husband, Baekhyun.

As morning came, you opened your eyes, & saw the sunlight peeking through the curtains. You smiled & then attempted to get up, when you realized you were within Baekhyun's embrace. Your smile faded away as you saw his face, you shook your head & slowly removed Baekhyun’s arm from your waist. Then, you made your way quietly outside & did your daily routines.
After making the breakfast, you went upstairs to wake Baekhyun up so that he could join you during the breakfast like you’ve always did.
“Oppa~” You called while opening the door of the room slowly. There, you saw him, still sleeping soundly on the bed. ‘He must felt exhausted.’ You thought as you stared at his face. You brought your hand over & caressed his cheeks before you wake him up.
“Baek oppa~” You shook his body in order to wake him. “Oppa..” You called again & Baekhyun opened his eyes slowly. As he did, you gave him a slight smile. “Oppa, let’s eat breakfast.” You said to him, still smiling. Baekhyun unfortunately refused to have breakfast since he was tired & he needs to rest.
“Fine, I’ll leave it on the table just in case you want to eat later.” You said in a low tone before exiting the room towards the kitchen in a very low spirit.
You let out a sigh heavily as you ate breakfast alone, again. You really need to get used to this. Occasionally, you glanced at the stairs leading to upstairs, with a small glimmer of hope that Baekhyun would come & join you. Eventually, you gave up as you almost finished your breakfast.

Baekhyun woke up late in the afternoon. His hair was a mess & he looked slightly different. His smile wouldn’t appear as he saw you like usual. But you tried to ignore your feelings because you love him & you need to think positively.
You watched him from the back while letting out a soft sigh as you reminded of him. Surely, he was different & you’re starting to miss the real Byun Baekhyun you loved. Shaking your head while trying to erase your thoughts about Baekhyun, you began to do the laundry.
As you grabbed Baekhyun’s shirt, you saw a red stain on it. You brought it closer so that you can take a look at it. Then, you smelled an unusual smell. It smelled like perfume but it’s not Baekhyun’s nor yours. You glanced at the red stain you saw earlier & that’s when it hits you.
You couldn’t take it any longer so you bravely went to see Baekhyun in the living room & brought the shirt along with you. You really need to clear this out or at least, hear the truth from his own pair of lips.
