I stared hard at the bed as I mindlessly folded Will's shirts into the suitcase. I can't believe he's leaving, I thought. It was almost too much to wrap my head around. I folded his clothes neatly into the black suitcase and zipped it up. Will came in behind me brushing his teeth.

"Whoa, the flight is not until 7, why are you packing now? What's the hurry?" He said.

"I just wanted everything to be done on time," I said innocently, not wanting to sound too eager. Although, in my head I thought, you couldn't leave sooner.

"Alright, the housekeeper will be here in about an hour too, so you won't miss me too much," he said with a wink.

I smirked, on the inside with disgust, on the outside with agreement and batted my lashes.
"You know me too well," I said dying of sarcasm on the inside. He went back inside to finish brushing. I returned to fixing his clothes.

I went to his closet and put back the remaining clothes. I was sorting through them, when I felt a had wrap around my waist. Will. I didn't pay attention and continued sorting through the clothing. He grabbed my hand and took it off the hangers. This time I turned around. He held both of my hands and said to me, "Please don't make me leave."

I clenched my teeth and said with a warm smile, "If you don't want to, you don't have to. I just want you to have a good time."

"But you won't be there."

"I'm always with you, even if I'm not there." I said sweetly, no matter how much I didn't mean it. He sighed. He let go of my hands and went over to his suitcase. Then, he turned around.

"You sure you'll be okay?" He said with a sad look in his eyes.

"I'll be fine. But I'll miss you," I said with a smile. He's buying it, I thought. He trusts me enough to think that I'm completely in love with him, and that I'm not going to make any wrong moves.

"Ill call you everyday," he said concerned.

"It's only 3 days," I said chuckling.

"And I'll call you 3 times per day." He said confidently.

I gave him the best smile I could manage as someone rang the doorbell.

"Oh! That must be the housekeeper. Come downstairs," he said as he left the room.

We went down the stairs and opened the door. An moderately elderly woman wearing a silk scarf and and light blue knee-length dress was standing on the other side. Her hair was soft and light brown, cut a little past her shoulders. She had kind brown eyes and a vibrant red lipstick.

"Come in please, this is my wife Emi and I'm Will." He said welcoming her in.

"Pleased you meet you dear, and oh, how beautiful your wife is indeed. You are a lucky man," she said as she saw me.

"I sure am," said Will as he looked at me.

We took her to the living room, where we seated each other.

"Would you like you drink some coffee or tea?" I asked.

"No no dear. That's fine. So what are my duties?" She said stern fully.

"Uh, nothing much just attend her needs and just keep watch of Emi here." Will said pinching my cheek lightly.

"Oh sure dear, what a lovely couple you are," the lady said.

"Thank you, what is your name?" Will asked.

"Lynn Anderson dear," she said sweetly.
