{Complicated} Chance Sutton

6# Date Night

     It was the next morning, all of us outside watching Logan walking around in our pool. Well, know green pool.
    "Yo, Logan. What are you doing?!"
    "Listen bro! You started prank wars and I'm answering to it!" Logan says, walking around in it more.
    Jake turns around to us, pointing. "Were you guys in this?!" No one answers. "Come on team 10 what are you doing?!"
    "Uh, prank wars." Anthony says.
    "He's paying us." I say, looking back at the green pool.
    "You're paying them know?!" Jake asks, shock event in his voice.
     "I didn't pay them anything, bro! You haven't been pranked!" Logan says, slipping once in a while.
     "Know it's really a lagoon! Jake Paulers I am pissed!"
      "Is it really that bad?"
      "You already got evicted. Why are you walking like that?"
      "Because it's slippery, bro!" He starts laughing, looking at Jake.
     Jake sighs. "My pool is green!"
     "Ah!" Logan falls.
     "There's a PS3 in there."
     "Yo, I was wondering what I stepped on!"
     Everyone starts laughing, Jake smiling. "It's really a lagoon bro! Wow seriously we're about to get evicted. David is going to watch this. What's up David!"
    "David make sure to like and subscribe. And I'm a Jake Paulers too! Make sure to like the video!" Logan says, making the boys laugh.
     "Thank you David!"
     We watch Logan walk around, until he grabs something in the pool. "Yo, look at-" he looks down, dropping the rat. "What?! Was that-?"
    I laugh. "A rat!"
    "Dude why is there a rat?!"
    Logan then leaves, Jake telling him to clean it up, while I jump on  he trampoline, watching everyone walk around. I then hear Jake drive his motorcycle, the neighbors probably taking trash about us young people.
     I walk over near where Jake was, seeing him check out a painting that one of Tessa and Erika's dates grandma made for him. I turn walking up the stairs.
     "Hey! Katherine!"
     I stop looking down at Jake. "What?"
     "Do you like it?"
     "Yes, I love it. Know, may I go and help Tessa and Erika out please?"
       He nods. "Yeah! Totally!"
       I walk up rest of the way, hearing Jake calling me again. "What?"
      "What are you and Kade doing tonight? Hmm?"
       "Where going to the movies."
        He does a 'ohh' face. "Oh! Then what after that?"
        I shrug, licking my lips nervously. "Um, probably just go and eat something or go to Blipsy Bar."
"Ohhh! Then what?"
"Say our goodbyes, we had a nice night."
"What about a kiss? Hmm?"
I raise a eyebrow. "Your terrible."
I walk away, closing the door from Tessa's room. And to be honest, I'm nervous about Kade's and I's date tonight.

After Tessa and Erika left with the two boys, I walked up to the table, standing beside Kade.
    "Hey, Kade. Let's go."
     Kade smiles. "Yeah!" He stands linking arms with me. "Let's go, milady."
     I chuckle, Kade and I walking towards the doors to inside.
      "That's my boy!" Jake calls to Kade.
      I smile, hearing Chads voice. "You go Kade! Win her over!"
      "No! What about Catherine!" Anthony.
      I chuckle, Kade shutting the door behind us, we both walk thru the living room, and out the front door. We walk to my car, Kade sitting in the drivers seat, me in the passenger seat.
     "Well, that was fun to watch." I say, looking ahead of us.
     "Yeah, it kinda was." Kade says, clearing his throat. "I mean, Tessa and Erika laughed."
     I nod. "Yeah, I'm glad they were having fun. I just feel bad for the boys."
     "Why?"
     "Because they were listening to Jake's advice."
     Kade laughs. "Burn!"
     I chuckle, staring at Kade laugh. It was cute when he laughed, when he smiles, and he's also pretty cute. I'm actually surprised that Kade takes Jake's personality well, since he's crazy and all.
    "I'm excited!" I say, turning my head away.
    "Really?"
    "Yeah, really! And to be honest this is the first time I ever went on a date."
   He looks at me quickly, then back at the road. "Really? A pretty girl like you?"
    I blushed, surprised by Kade's comment. "Ah, um, thank you." I swallow, feeling myself becoming flustered. "Your pretty cute and handsome yourself."
    Kade smiles, a bright one. "I'm glad that I know that now."
I smile, feeling something way deep down starting to rise for Kade.

After the movie, Kade and I were know at Blispy Bar, Kade and I playing air hockey. I cheer, scoring again against Kade.
"Take that, Michigan!"
"Oh shut up Ohio!"
I chuckle, Kade starting to chase me around the air hockey table. I look over my shoulder, seeing Kade catching up to me, I look back ahead, taking a sharp turn to the left.
"Hey! No running!" One of the employees yell at us.
I stop, looking at the blonde employee. "Sorry."
I feel Kade's arms wrap around my waist, picking me up in the air. I laugh, bringing my head back, placing my hands on Kade's.
"Put me down!" I squealed, a smile still plastered on my face.
He sets me down, spinning me around to face him, his nose slightly brushing mine. I felt the air between us grow, like a good tension air but at the same time sexual. I lick my lips, feeling the butterflies going crazy. Instead of going for his lips, I kiss his cheek, since it was only our first date.
"I'll take that." Kade says, understanding why I didn't full on kiss him.
I back away, checking the time, 11:30 pm. I look up at him, seeing his green eyes sparkle. "We should go. It's getting late and plus I have a photo shoot tomorrow."
    He nods, intertwining our hands, walking me out of the Bar. I smile, the both of us hopping into my car, Kade pulling out of the parking lot and taking turns, stopping and stop lights until we made it back to Jake's house.
I turn around, smiling at Kade. "Thanks for the awesome date, Kade."
"Your welcome!" He smiles, kissing my cheek.
I blush, feeling my blood go hot. He squeezes my hand, turning away from me. I chew my lip, watching him walk away. I bounce up and down, deciding to call his name.
"Kade!"
He stops, turning around to face me. I run towards him, wrapping my arms around his neck, kissing him passionately. He places his hands on my hips, his thumb rubbing my skin. I pull away, not wanting it to go any further.
Kade just stared at me, a surprised smile coming to his face. "Sorry but wow..."
     I smile, looking up at him. "Yeah..." I say, bitting my lip.
      We just stared at each other, our eyes looking at our lips. I decided to peck him on the lips, backing up. "Maybe we can do it again sometime?"
      He nods, smiling brightly. "Totally! Have a good night, Katherine!"
      "You too, Kade. Goodnight!"
        I open the door, waving goodbye to Kade, steeping inside once Kade was done waving goodbye to me. I close the door, leaning against it.
     "Heyy!"
     I jump, noticing Jake, leaning against the wall, his arms crossed over his chest, a smug look on his face.
     "Jake!" I say, scratching the back of my neck.
     "So, how was it?"
      "Not telling you."
       I walk past him, going up the stairs and to Tessa's room. I quietly close it, quietly putting on my pajama clothes. I jump into my bed on the floor, closing my eyes and going to sleep.

Hey guys! Don't worry it's just temporary for Kade and Katherine starting to like each other and I have a idea in the future for the story!
