She inhaled before slowly raising her bow and pulling the string.
"Good. Your pulling arm a bit higher."
Tsu'tey corrected the last mistakes. They were practicing both, falling from high branches and archery since 2 weeks. Roxy was close to complete her training with the bow.
"Okay now again."
Roxy put the bow down for a few second and repeated every step. Inhaling, pulling the string and taking a strong stance.
"Perfect. Here is an arrow. Focus on the target."
Roxy did as told, she took the arrow, inhaled, pulled the string and shot. It hit right in the target's center.
"Amazing. That was great. Want to do it again?"
She nodded eagerly and shot about three more times before Tsu'tey stopped her.
"There's only one thing missing before you can make your first kill. Come with me."
He lead her into the forest.
"I want you to close you eyes and cover your ears. I will hide and your task is to be as quite as possible and find me. Okay? Close your eyes now. Don't forget the ears."
He waited till she wouldn't see or hear anything and snuck away he left behind some hidden trails. Roxy waited a few minutes before she opened her eyes. She began searching by looking to the ground for trails. She also kept listening closely. Her ears caught a suspicious sound of rustling. She searched for more clues and trails till she spotted the tip of a tail. She tried to be as quiet as she could. Slowly sneaking up behind him, she put her hands over his eyes and whispered a 'found you'.
"That was fast. Snd I didn't even hear you a little except for a rustling."
"You heard that too? I thought that was you."
"No. I stayed still the whole time."
Tsu'tey was on high alert immediately. He took her hand and quickly walked them out of the forest. They reached the clearing with the tree of souls where they found Mo'at sitting.
"Is something wrong?"
"No. Actually I think that Jessa could go find her ikran this week."
"Already?"
"If she makes a clean kill, which I'm sure of."
"But can I get a day off? The training was nonstop."
"Of course you can."
"Thank you. So when's my first kill?"
"How about two days?"
"Yeah that's totally fine with me."
They walked off.

"What do you want to do?"
Roxy thought for a minute.
"Swimming", she said enthusiastically.
Tsu'tey chuckled.
"Okay."
They slowly walked to a lake that was surrounded by trees and bushes. Roxy jumped in with an excited outcry. They were both covered with water in seconds.
"Hey guys, mind if I join you?" a known voice yelled.
"Come in, Jai'to!"
As soon as he stepped into the water, he was too soaking wet. This went on for a good hour till they let themselves fall to the ground next to the river.
"So I heard that you will make your first kill in two days?"
"Yeah I'm totally excited. And nervous."
"You can do it, we believe in you. But another thing. I don't want to lower the mood but... your brother. Does he know that you're his sister?"
"Yes he does actually", Tsu'tey jumped in, "we found out at the same time, when she was unconscious."
"How did he take it?" Roxy asked.
Tsu'tey's eyes saddened.
"He denied it."
"Oh."
"But a brother just can't forget his sister. He just can't. That's not right. You'll have to confront him", Jai'to said.
"And when?"
"Tomorrow. When you have the day of", Tsu'tey said.
"Okay. I hope he will listen."
"He had to. And besides, if you're alone with him, you'll have the chance to kick his ass", Tsu'tey added with a smirk.
"I can't wait for that."
"And I can't wait to see his face."
