I loved Merlin from the first time I saw it and later I also felt in love with The Living and The Dead. So this crossover idea just popped up in my head one day. I loved the Charlotte, Nathan relationship and the universe they lived in, but I have also always loved the idea of Merlin waiting for Arthur to rise again.
I really enjoyed writing it so I hope that you will enjoy reading it.

Prologue
Nathan started running. He was almost sure now. There were sounds. It sounded like someone was fighting with swords. The terrain became stonier. There were big cliffs and it became harder to run without falling. There were very narrow between the cliffs. The sword fighting sounds became louder. Suddenly the rocks began shaking. Nathan didn't stop. He turned around a corner and froze. Arthur stood a little away. He turned to Nathan. Suddenly the rocks started falling from the cliffs in front of Arthur that lifted his hand to Nathan with a desperate look in his face. "Merlin" he screamed before the rocks blocked the way.
