Chapter 6
Melanie's POV
I can't decide which one is more beautiful, him or his horse.
"Hey, Jared," Mandy calls. He stops and turns around. "Could you show Melanie the stables and a horse for her?"
"Sure, Mandy." he calls, "Come on, Melanie. The stables are this way!" I walk to him while he waits for me.
"I'll put Rocky back, then we'll have a look at the horses." Jared says.
We reach Rocky's stall, Jared lets the reins go and before he can, I undo Rocky's cinch and take the saddle off his back.
"Thanks," Jared says with a smile, "do you ride western or english?"
"Both but I'm more advanced in english." I reply while I put the saddle on the rack.
"Cool, I've ridden english a few times but I prefer western." he tells me. I smile, he's just so beautiful. AND he rides!
Jared leads his horse into the stall and unbridled him.
"Now we can look for a horse for you." he tells me, "Are you riding english or western today?"
"English" I tell him.
He's in the middle of telling me something when I notice a beautiful, but very shy, palomino paint in one stall.
How could such a beautiful horse be so shy?
