When I lay my head down
On the cold side of my pillow
Will you be there
In the night and under the stars?
Will you show up through the mist
And pick up my baggage?
Relieve me of these weights?
When I close my eyes
And my breaths become long
Will you conjure out of the haze
And wrap me in your arms?
Please tell me you'll be there
Please tell me you'll always be there

365 days of Ashes
PoésieOne poem a day for the next 365 days. This is my 2017 in two books and 365 poems Some poems are narratives of my life and thoughts, others are complete nonsense; figuring out which is which is the best part.
