One day I couldn't see, the next day was a blur. But a blur is better than nothing at all. Soon things came into view and I wished I still couldn't see. The world I saw before me was filled of blacks and whites and grays, but nothing else was seen. Then one day I saw him and blacks turned into blues. The world began to glisten, which is very happy news. I spent a day with him and yellow was no longer dim. I began to see in color and then I met his mother. Green, red, and purple too, all came into my view. Orange's and Indigo came as the wind began to flow. Now I see in color and he is like no other. We spent our years together and I thought it'd last forever. Then one day the colors dimmed and my world became grim. He became lost to me and so I stared upon the sea. It took my memories just like the time before. Now I can no longer see because I did not want to be me any longer.
