She cuts each day, but she doesn't know why
He lives thinking he's stupid in his parents eyes
Shes in pain from a sickness thinking she will die
No one understand him due to a surgery
She married a man when she was only eighteen
He had eleven kids, but only six can he see
She moved out too young and now just wants her mommy
He tries to be smart because he doesn't get attention
These are only a few things of which I can mention
Eight different people Eight different lives
All interconnected and filled with lies
There is one more person that person is me
I watch these lives unfold with a key
I am the daughter of two and the sister of six
I'm the odd one left out who tries to fix it
Do I make it better or worse you can tell me
As I hold this all on my shoulders for the world to see
