Just like that, the boys are escorted to another building with Nobunaga, and you're left with the rest of the troupe. The short blonde haired woman named Pakunoda loops her arm around yours, "You'll stay with us. I have a feeling you're more interesting than you're letting on." She grins at you, causing you to sweatdrop. This can't end well..

You gulp as she says this, but force a nervous smile onto your face, "What do you mean by that?"

"I saw earlier that you have an interesting past," She starts, "One that you think about a lot."

You're unsure of how to answer her, but she's definitely not wrong. How did she know that? The only way she could is if.. if she looked through your memories..? That must be it. It coorelates with what she said earlier about checking us, and that's why they have so much faith in her. How is that even possible?? You're thinking to yourself with sweat dripping down your forehead.

"You're more like us than you realize," She says with a smug grin on her face. Without hesitation, she leads you over to the pink-haired woman again, "You had a feeling about her, Machi?"

Machi nods, "I have a feeling she may be in contact with the chain user without realizing it."

"Ah, perhaps a lover?" The blonde woman asks you in a sultry tone.

You shake your head to this. There has to be a way to escape, but there's no way I could free the boys, too. I would have to bring back help.

You survey the building, finding the other troupe members sitting around on different pieces of rubble casually. Out of the corner of your eye, you see the exit. It's large, but the possibility of escape is low. You look back over to the women, who are now discussing Machi's hunch.

"Does she have any memory of a lover, Pakunoda?" Machi asks, eyeing you with curiosity.

Pakunoda pulls her arm free from yours, and instead grabs you with her hand. A few moments pass before she says, "No, not as of late."

"Hmm.." Machi thinks for a second, "A brother, maybe?"

Pakunoda keeps ahold of your arm, but nods to her, "One she hasn't spoken to in years."

The man in the tracksuit walks over chuckling. He puts his hand on Machi's back, patting her lightly, "Looks like your hunch was wrong this time."

Machi's mouth parts slightly as if she's about to speak, but she closes it instead, and nods.

"Should we let her go then, Phinks?" Pakunoda asks the man in the tracksuit.

You let out a sigh of relief.

He shrugs at this, then looks to Machi, "What do you think?"

"Hmm," She starts, "Maybe we should let the boss decide when he gets back?"

Pakunoda nods once to this,"Yeah, sounds good. If you feel she's important, he'll know if you're right." That said, Pakunoda let's go of you and turns around saying, "Can you tie her up, Machi?"

Machi turns to look at her for a split second, and you see it, an opening to escape. One of your passive nen abilities is being able to teleport within eyesight, so you can use this to your advantage. Your eyes glow (E/C) and you teleport right into the large open doorway.

"She's escaping," The short man with black hair says in an annoyed tone. Barely a half-second went by and he's the first to notice, and then Machi is on you, and you are held still again. You squirm a bit but the nen threads around you only tighten.
