"Izunavi.." You start, gaining his attention, "Is Kurapika okay?"

Izunavi nods, "I'm sure he's fine. He's just checking in with everyone else now."

Gon, Killua, and Alluka have left for the night, but Leorio and Bennett still remain in your room. Leorio seated in the recliner beside your bed, and Bennett in the extra chair on the other side of your bed. Izunavi remains vigilant watching out the window at the darkening sky.

"How can I relearn Nen?" You wonder aloud. It's a question that's been eating at you for awhile, "I want to be as strong as I was."

Leorio watches you as you say this, and sets a comforting hand on your arm, "You're already strong enough, (Y/N). Don't worry, you're doing great."

"Yeah, (Y/N)!" Bennett agrees quickly, "You should just focus on getting better, and remembering more things."

You look down, avoiding their gazes, "I know, and I am. But I feel very weak. If it wasn't for Kurapika, I probably wouldn't be alive."

"You're overthinking it," Izunavi cuts in, turning around to face you, "You should first focus on physical strength, before you can relearn Nen. Remember (Y/N), when you fought, you rarely even needed to use your Nen."

You nod, your confidence rebuilding, "You're right. Thanks everyone."

You and your friends decide to talks about old times, hoping to help you out a little bit. After a little bit of time passes, the door to your room opens, revealing that Kurapika has returned.

You immediately call out for him, and he rushes to your side. "I apologize for leaving you again, (Y/N). Are you feeling okay?"

You flash him a smile, "I'm feeling really well actually! You look much better, Kurapika."

"I'm glad to hear that. But my main concern is you, (Y/N)."

"Kurapika," You start, watching his face attentively, "Do you think we could go to the Physical Therapy Lounge tonight? Just for a little while?"

He watches your puppy-eyes, knowing full-well he could never say no to you. "Of course, (Y/N). Anything for you."

He helps you into your wheelchair, and instructs Izunavi to stay in the room to keep watch for intruders. Once he opens the door, and pushes you through, he asks Melody to accompany you both to the lounge. You soon find yourself back in the lounge, Kurapika by your side. Leorio and Bennett stand near the end of the walking bars, watching in anticipation, while Melody stands near the exit, listening for anything suspicious. Kurapika calls Nova over, and you find yourself standing at the beginning of the walking bars once again. Nova stands on one side of you, while Kurapika stands on the other, a comforting hand on your lower back.

"Alright, (Y/N), don't push yourself too hard," Nova says gently, "You don't want to put any extra strain on your body."

You nod, a determined look on your face, as you lift up your left leg and set it back down, then your right leg. One steps turns into multiple before your knees start to feel weak again. You stop yourself before they can give out, however, surprising both Nova and Kurapika.

"You did great, (Y/N)! I'm so happy you didn't push yourself." Kurapika says as he and Nova help you back into your wheelchair.

Nova gives you a pat on the shoulder, "You made it more than half-way! You should be very proud of yourself!"

"Barely.." You mumble, but quickly look up, offering Kurapika a weak smile, "But it's better than nothing."

"That's the spirit!" Leorio exclaims, rushing up to you, and giving you a thumbs-up.
