alex's pov

after about 2 days of the family emergency that e, aaden, and gray they finally came back. the day they came back was a saturday so we had all sunday then back to school Monday.

"aye, alex wanna come hang?" Gray said once I picked up the phone.

"yeah, I'll be there in 5" I hung up, put on some joggers, nikes, and a gray t-shirt. I grabbed what I needed and left.

once I got to aaden's house I ran to the door and Gray opened it and attacked me in a hug, soon to be followed by e. we got into the house and saw aaden.

"awe babygirl no hug from you?" I teased. She rolled her eyes.

"no but come here" I opened my arms and hugged her.

"you guys are matching" Ethan pointed out. I looked down at Aaden's outfit and it was the same as mine.

"nah fam I don't know what your talking about" she said taking off she shirt and she had on a burgundy tank top. I laughed and she put it back on.

"so what do you guys wanna do?" I asked sitting on the couch bringing aaden down with me.

"get off" she said. I got up and she laid on the whole couch.

"i'm gonna sit on you" I smiled. she shrugged so I sat down on her.

there was a knock at the door and aaden went to go get it. she opened then it slammed the door and stomped up upstairs, gray ran upstairs after checking who at the door.

"no, fuck that bitch" I heard Aaden yell.

"alex, and ethan get up here" we walked upstairs to aaden's room. inside was a queen sized bed, white covers, white dresser white walls one wall with paintings all over it. I smiled and noticed she had a picture wall, I seen a picture of me and her on there and smiled.

"Okay, so alex do you think she should go talk to her mother?" Gray asked.

"I don't know" I said.

"I should not go talk to my mother after the way she treated me after her and my dad got divorced, then she tried to send me to live with a random stranger who could probably filming child porn as we speak" she said, I laughed a little then she glared at me.

"okay not funny" I said.

"just give her a chance please?" she sighed.

"if I don't like it and her boyfriend gets into the conversation grayson I'm done with you for a month" he nodded, we all walked downstairs and let her mother in.

"we can sit at the table and speak" aaden said dully. we all sat and listened to them talk about why aaden should move away.

"mom I'm 17 years old, i can live by myself. i've been raising myself since i was 12 years old, that's not common at all. i haven't had no connection with my real family since I was 13. Hell I barley have friends now. you're the reason I don't trust people, you call me a slut and a little hoe bag. but you set the example to me and that no girl will ever be there for you. you haven't told me you loved me since I was 6, That was over 11 years ago, and when ever I hear that someone loves me I don't believe it. now your trying to send me with a random stranger you've only met for a couple days before she got taken from you, so you can set a good example but you never set one for me. you're part of the reason my only family is people you can't stand anymore because they told you how it really is" aaden said standing up out of her seat and kept looking at her mother.

her mom got up grabbed her stuff and left.

That shit came right from the bottom of her heart, she was really hurt inside but never expressed her feelings till today.

i don't wanna hurt her like her mom did she may be tough on the outside but she's fragile on the inside.
