Jacky's P.O.V.

Ronnie carried in my now 3 year old daughter. "Dadada." She whined, her blue eyes filled with tears. She made grabby hands for me and I took her from her god father.

"She fell down and wanted her dada." Ronnie told me and I looked her over. She had a small scratch on her knee, nothing major and it wasn't bleeding. But it probably hurt like hell.

"Princess Avery fell down?" I asked her, wiping her face of tears. She nodded, her dark hair flopping around a little. I kissed her hairline. "Let's get you a band aid then, huh? Make you feel better?"

"The one with kitties?" She asked and sniffled.

"Of course. Only kitties for my princess." I told her and sat her on the counter, motioning for Ronnie to watch her. He nodded and started arguing with her about how puppies were better than kitties. My daughter instantly stopped crying to argue with her god father, as they always seemed to do. I got out the kitten band aids and put one on her scraped knee, kissing it better.

"Hey-o, Jacky!" Derek said as he walked into my house, giving me a hug then moving on to Avery.

"Is Ron here yet?" I asked just as Ryan and Ron walked in. I grinned at them, hugging Ron and walking over into Ryan's arms. His arms wrapped themselves around my waist and I held his hands in front of me.

"Alright. Don't keep us waiting. What are these two big announcements you have to tell us?" Derek asked, bouncing Avery on his knee. Ryan and I smiled at our friends, and I held up my hand that wore a simple silver band with a diamond on it. And I don't care what they say, all of them squealed.

"Holy shit!" They all yelled and got up to hug us. We laughed and hugged them back.

"Guys. Guys. Guys. We have one more announcement." Ryan told them and they all rushed over to their seats like little kids.

"Avery. Do you want to tell them the other thing?" I asked, looking at my daughter as she climbed up on Ron's lap. He started bouncing her too and she nodded.

"I'm gonna have a baby brother or sister!" She announced, though her weird mix of British and baby slur made brother sound like brudder and sister sound like sisser. They all stared at us for a second before giant smiles came across their faces. We smiled back.

"How far are you?" Ronnie asked me.

"A little over a month." I told him.

"Fun. I remember when you were a month with Avery. That was some seriously bad shit." Derek said.

"What does shit mean?' Avery asked.

"For the love of god, Derek. You're teaching my daughter bad words." I scolded, picking up my daughter from Ron's lap. Her eyes got really wide when I said 'bad words.' They always did that when she thought I was gonna yell at her. "Avery Mavis, you are never to say that word again. Ok, princess?"

"Yes, Dada." She answered. I smiled and kissed her nose.

Soon after, we found ourselves all in the living room, watching a movie. Me and my family, all well and happy. I laid in my fiance's arms and there I was safe. My daughter lay next to us, occasionally pointing out parts to the rest of the guys and they'd act surprised like they didn't watch the same movie every time they were over.

9 months later, these same people were there for me when I had my son, Elijah Jacob. They were there when I married the love of my life. They were there when I was sad about Avery getting her first boyfriend, or Elijah driving for the first time. They were there when my babies graduated from high school, moved to college, got married. All the time, they were there. My friends, my family, my band.
