Ellora only slightly rolled her eyes as she headed to the the basement door. Joyce was now more excited, it had felt like years since she had seen Harry, even though it had only been a couple days. Jeremy followed suit, holding the bag of ice to his nose. "Stitches tends to drag in mutants all the time, sorry." Ellora replied yanking the door open.
"Who's stitches?" Joyce asked, following her down the stairs.
"To be honest I don't know, I found them in the middle of the town one day. It's like some sort of kind mutant."
"All mutants seem kind to me." Joyce mentioned.
The staircase seemed never ending as it kept going deeper and deeper. The floor creaked every time they stepped. It felt as if the floor was about to break from underneath them.
However after awhile they could make out the bottom. The hole Majory had dug wasn't as deep as she had like it, but it would work. She sighed as she began to drag his body into the hole. His body was twisted in and unnatural position, and even if she hadn't known him, she still felt remorse. "L-looks like his t-time is up." Salad said to himself watching Majory drag Guilt's body around.
It was odd, never in his life had death phased him. Or at least after the Great War. But now..... it scared him. It scared him to think that people could just be gone in an instant. Their body left a hollow shell, yet their spirit no where to be found. He could feel the warmth grow in his neck, but somehow managed to suppress it. No, not now.
