Aaron
"Ahem.." I fix my tie. "People of today.. I ask we all think for a moment about.. What we did.. Now.. I know.. Its pretty bad. But.. Really what is going on here.. We need to realize: Homers is a jerk."
Everyone nods in agreement. Then I continue, "And we are all only 16 and up. Do you really think we should go to jail for being.. Kids? Homeless ones? Without a parent to teach us lessons? Tell us no?"
Some people tear up. I continue, "And we did paint a bad word on his wall, but.. Didn't he deserve it?"
"Thank you Mr. Aaron. Now Mr. Homers, tell your side." Says The Judge. Uh oh..
"Thank you. Now as you can all tell, we are here today because of them." He says. "And they have done so many bad things. Is that true? Tell the truth Aaron."
I swallow hard. I didn't want to hurt the gang and I didn't want to lie. I don't lie. I never lied before. I'm scared! If I say yes, my friends will go to jail and maybe me too! If I say no I'm lying to the judge and.. Everyone!
I swallow my pride and say, "I can't answer that question."
Homers glares, clears his throat and say in a clear voice, "Answer me."
There was a long silence. I was in fear. I stare at him and say, "I can't."
"I call witnesses to the stand. Lindsey." Homers points to his wife. (Surprising he has one.)
She sits at the desk and Homers says, "Reply to my questions honestly."
"With pleasure." She smiles getting comfy in her seat.
"Nod for a yes, head shake for a no." He says.
"Did they trash my car?" Yes
"Did they break my arm?" Yes
"Do you think that they are guilty?" Yes
"Do you want them to be punished?" Yes
"Killed?" Yes
"Well.. I think that settles it, Judge." Homers smiles at The Judge.
"I claim that Mr. Aaron's side is guilty." The Judge smacks his hammer on a wood plaque and then it was settled.
"NOOOOOO!!!" I scream.

ActionI wrote this story when I was in elementary school. I won't be taking it down because it took me a lot of time and effort to write and it was the beginning of making long stories for me. It is *heavily* inspired by Maximum Ride by James Patterson.
