Perrie's POV
I am now back to my apartment after a long agonizing day without my girlfriend. I knew we had only been apart for hours but I didn't exaggerate one bit when I said I miss her like crazy and already craving for her. I knew I probably won't see her for days or even weeks as she needs to support and be there for her family. Even though I miss her so much, I would rather wait for her to reach for me as I don't want to intrude on her family time. I snapped out of my thought when I felt my phone buzzing. I took it out of my pocket and grinned when I saw it's Jade. I answered the call immediately and sat down at the couch.
"Hey baba are you home now?"
"Yeah baby. Actually I arrived home two hours ago, but I knew you were having interview at that time so I decided to call you later. You finished work now?"
"Yes and it has been a long torturing day without you. I miss you so much princess" I sighed
"Aw I am sorry baby I miss you too. I promise I will be back as soon as possible, but honestly I don't know how long I am gonna stay here...I don't wanna leave until they-"
"It's okay Jade I understand. I would be lying if I say I don't want you back soon. Even though I want you all to myself, right now your family need you the most, so take as much time as you need. I would spend the rest of my life waiting for you if I have to."
"Aw I love you. I can guarantee you it won't be this long because I intend to spend my life WITH you" My lips curved up for the first time today and my mind started picturing our lives in the future. How could I get so lucky?
"Awww I would love to I love you so much! Now can we facetime I want to see your pretty face"
"Hold on. One second!"
She hung up and sent me a request seconds later. I clicked on it in no time and soon her beautiful face appeared on my screen. We kept facetiming each other until I heard Norma calling Jade for dinner. I didn't want to end our conversation but I knew it's time.
"Go eat now I don't want my princess starving"
"B-but I wanna keep talking to you..." She pouted. Aw I want to kiss that pout away
"Me too Jadey but your family is waiting for you. You could still call or facetime me when you have time, you know I would pick up my phone in a heartbeat when I saw your name on the screen." She nodded at my words, but her pout was still on her face.
"What's wrong?" I frowned
"I am sorry I couldn't make you dinner tonight..." So she is worried about me? How cute is that oh my god! Perfect.Wife.Material.
"As much as I love your food, I could still cook remember? Don't worry about me I won't starve myself you know right?" I winked at her
"That's really convincing" She giggled
"Now go before Norma scold at you" I chuckled and she sticked her tongue out, looking absolutely adorable.
"Bye Pez. I will facetime you before bed?"
"Yes please otherwise I won't be able to sleep! Bye Jadey" I begged. She laughed and ended the conversation.
A goofy smile plastered on my face when I relived every seconds of our conversation. I didn't know how long I had been staring at my phone until I heard my stomach rumbled. I laughed and walked into the kitchen to make dinner. I decided a simple spaghetti will do as I didn't feel like having a big meal tonight. Once I finished, I took the dish and placed it on the table in the living room. I sat down on the couch and ate the spaghetti. I frowned at the taste. Jade's spaghetti tastes so much better than this
