A/N: I love when I was searching for song for each chapter, I ended up finding songs that I love listening to when I was younger:)

Perrie's POV

We caught up with our moms while eating the delicious food they cooked for us. My dad, Jonnie and Caitlin will come tomorrow to spend Christmas together, same with Jade's dad, her brother Karl and his family. I wish they could join us sooner, especially Jonnie, not that I miss him the most, but he took Hatchi with him and I missed my baby so much.

We decided to spent the holiday in Jade's house because every year the Thirlwall family would go full on decorating for this special occasion so you could feel Christmas vibe all around the house, and it's not hard to guess why Christmas is their favorite festival. Twenty four years ago, an angel was born the next day after Christmas and I am sure it will always be the best gift they have ever received on Boxing Day. Norma told us the house is not yet fully decorated though so she will need our help after dinner which we gladly agreed to.

"That box contains all the remaining ornaments. You can put them on anywhere you like then we are all done" Norma pointed at a huge box in front of their enormous Christmas tree once we finished dinner

I nodded and Jade was already dragging me to the living room eager to get her hands to decorate. She led me to the Christmas tree and I took my time to look at all the beautiful adornments on it from the bottom to the top, then I noticed something was missing

"Why isn't there a star on the top of the tree" I asked

"Because this lady here won't let anyone else to put it on. She claimed the honor to do it every year" Norma walked into the living room and pointed at Jade, who has a proud look on her face.

"But isn't it too tall for- Ouch!" I screamed when Jade hit my arm, even it didn't really hurt

"Jade!" Norma reprimanded

"Sorry" She mumbled quietly

"Sorry this one is really sensitive when it comes to this. She takes it very seriously and not tolerate when anyone try to doubt or take the honor"

"Hey I am not. I am just asking" I cooed. She nodded happily and pecked my cheek

"That's why I come here to talk to you about...someone needs to lift her up to help her put the star up there. Karl does it every year but he is not here now, and I ain't doing it I am too old to break any of my bones so...it has to be you Perrie"

"Perrie please" Jade begged and pulled at my arm. Of course it won't be a problem but I felt like teasing her

"But my arm still hurt" I whined. I smirked when she planted soft kisses all over my arm and rubbing it gently. Norma winked at me, clearly knew my act

"Are you better now? Are you still in pain?" She frowned and asked worriedly. I would be a total evil if I continued the teasing game

"Much better. Now grab the star and I will lift you up" I smiled.

I laughed as she squealed in joy and plastered my face with kisses, mumbling a 'thank you' in each kiss. She took the big star from the box and held it carefully in front of her chest with her small hands. When she turned her back to face the Christmas tree, I grasped her waist and lifted her up with ease. She put it on the top of the tree, tilting her head at different angles and adjusted the star for a few times. I put her down on her feet once she was done, I chuckled as she walked around and nodded when she was certain it was at the perfect spot. She is such a perfectionist

"Thank you so much" She beamed and rested her arms on my shoulders, encircling them around my neck

"No problem my love" I grinned and wrapped my arms around her waist, pulling her closer so our chests were pressed against each other
