I started my first round of chemo this week and I have tryouts for drill team. I was so thankful that the drill team coach is letting me tryout with videos from this past year since I can't actually dance at the moment. I've been at home cooped up in my room this whole week. My brother and Ryan have been collecting my school work for me so I can stay with the rest of my class. But I did all my work for this week on Monday and Tuesday so now I have nothing to do. So I'm just laying bed waiting for school to get out to see if Ryan can come over. I've had to resist reading ahead of him becomes if I did he would get mad and I don't want that.

Finally 4:15 came around and I texted Ryan. Want to come over and hang out) I sent it and waited for a response. Then my door opened "Sure!" I rolled over to see Ryan standing in the door way smiling. "Yay!!" I squealed. Ryan just rolled his eyes "You are literally 3." "I know!" I said sitting up. "So have you read ahead of me yet?" He asked getting his copy of The Maze Runner out of his backpack. "Nope." I said piping the "p" at the end. "Awesome! Would you like to read then?" He asked and plopped down be side me. "Of course" I said grabbing my copy of my bedside table.

Before we could start reading we had to get re-situated because my bed backs up to the wall so only the foot and one side is open. I had to be on the open side because of my oxygen tank so Ryan lasted aginst the wall. As I was getting my self situated I layers my head on his chest. He looked down at me and saw what I was wearing. "So that's where my sweat shirt went!" He said trying not to laugh. I blushed. "I'm sorry you left it here and I got cold and was to lazy to find mine." I said as I went to take it off, I had a shirt on under it. "No it looks cute on you." He said. Which made me blush even more. I payed back down and found our page we left off on last and Ryan began to read.

We read for about and hour before I realized what time it was. I had to finishing picking out what solo video I wanted to send in for tryouts. I had already picked out my group jazz and hip hop, but I needed a solo one still. It could be anytype of dance it just had to be a solo from this year. "Crap." I sighed as I sat up. "What's wrong?" Ryan asked marking his spot with a tissue and stirring up. "I need to pick a solo to send in for tryouts." I said putting my book down and grabbing my laptop. "Do you want my help?" Ryan asked scooting closer and putting hand on my shoulder. "I would love your help!" I beamed. "Ok we'll have you narrowed it down at all?" He asked. I nodded "Yea I've picked two but I can't decide." I pulled up the first option it was a a jazz style to Closer by The Chainsmokers. Ryan seemed to like it. Then I pulled up the next one it was another jazz style to Alone Together by Fall Out Boy. He seemed to enjoy that one more than the first one.

"Which one should I pick?" I asked. He thought for a second. "Neither." He said bluntly. "What?" I asked clearly frustrated. "Your dance teacher put together both of thoes dances. I think you should go with the one you choreographed yourself. Do you have a video of that one?" He asked. I knew exactly which one he was talking about. "I don't think it's good enough." I said but pulled it up anyways. This one was a contemporary dance to Car Radio by Twentyone Pilots. We watched the dance together.

When it ended Ryan whispered "This is the one." And took the laptop to email it to the coach. "Thank you!" I said hugging him tightly and he hugged me back back just as tightly. "Anytime, love." He whispered and pulled away and pecking a quick kiss on my cheek.
