Chapter 5

Drew's POV

I looked up when I dropped Alexis. Then it hit me that I DROPPED Alexis!I helped her up. Shock, Scared and Nervousness was in her eyes. My eyes travelled back to the guy that yelled at us. Brown hair, green eyes and really buff. He was tall but I was still taller then him.

"Jordan" I heard Alexis.

"Your boyfriend right?" I asked her.

She nodded slightly and walk up to him. She hugged him and kissed his cheek. I felt a pang of hurt. Why am I hurting? Its not like I like her or something. Well she did change a lot. Her blonde hair had got longer. Her acne had gone away. She got rid of those hideous glasses and got better clothes. She was beautiful the last time I saw her but she looks more gorgeous then ever.

"What were you guys doing?" The guy asked, with his arm around Alexis's waist.

"Um ... We ... I mean ... He ...-"

"She tripped and I caught her before she fell face first to the ground" I butt in.

He looked at me for moment. He nodded and walked up to me.

"Thanks for catching her." He smiled. "My name is Jordan, Alexis's boyfriend"

So this is the guy dating Alexis.

"My name is Drew. I was Alexis's best friend in the 8th grade but I moved away" I said smiling.

"Yeah she told me about you. You guys were really close"

I nodded. I looked at the time and saw that the bell was going to ring soon.

"I better go. The bell is about the ring. I'll catch up to you guys later. Bye!" I said before heading off to English.

Then it hit me. I almost kissed Alexis again.
