Chapter 35

Alexis's POV

I walked home for the first time in a year with Drew and Jaxson. I was happy to have my gay bestie and my boyfriend with me. I found out that Jaxson now has a boyfriend which I am so excited to meet him. He's name is Thomas. Drew filled me in on how everything was going when I was in a coma. My mom had a baby girl and is now 3 months old. Ahh!! IM A BIG SISTER!!

We finally got to my house where my whole family was waiting. I got out of the car before anybody else and ran inside the house. The first thing I saw was my dad. He had a big huge smile on his face. I ran to his open arms and cried into his chest. I missed a whole year with my family and they couldn't hold me the way they could when I was a wake.

I let go of my dad and turned my head to the left. I saw my mom holding the most precious thing in her arms. I went to hug her but trying not to mush my little sister.

"I missed you so much sweetheart" She whispered.

"I missed you too" I whispered.

I pulled away and smiled at my little sister. She was so adorable.

"Her name is Sofie" My mom said.

My smile grew if that was possible. I missed so much but I am glad that I am awake and being able to spend the rest of my life with the ones I love.

"Can I hold her?" I asked.

She nodded and she handed me Sofie. I held her little figure in my arms. She looked at me with her dazling brown eyes just like my family has. I smiled down to her, trying to make her smile. My smile grew when the corners of her mouth twiched upwards. I started walking around, lighty bouncing her so she wouldn't cry but hoping she softly falls asleep. I made my way upstairs to my room. I hummed a little tone

I felt strong arms wrap around my tiny waist. I knew right away it was Drew. I smiled at my little sister. I saw that her crib was here so I gently set her down. I turned around and wrapped my arms around his torso.

"Everything is perfect now" He whispered.

"I love you" I whispered.

"I love you too" He whispered.
