Chapter 13

Alexis's POV

I sat on the couch in me and Drew's tree house that we built in the woods behind my house. If was fairly big. We would used to sleep in here together but with Brittany too. It's one of those memories I'll keep forever. The memories that will replay over and over again.

I hugged a pillow and letting the tears fall. It's hard seeing someone cheat on you. He made me happy when Drew broke my heart and left. Now Drew's with Brittany and I have no one. I let out a sob but it was okay.

No one could hear me. It was me and nature. I wrapped myself with a blanket to keep myself warm. It was pretty cold. I laid down, still letting the tears fall. I closed my eyes wanting the tears to stop falling but they wouldn't. I fell in love with Jordan but I didn't fall hard enough to fill that hole in my heart. The hole that Drew left.

Maybe I still do love Drew. He's still the same guy that left 4 years ago. Funny, sweet, protective, kind, helpful, cute and weird as ever. I smiled still thinking of Drew.

"What are you smiling about?" A voice asked, scaring me half to death.

I jumped, which made me fall face first to the floor. I heard him start laughing. I groaned and rolled onto my back, seeing Drew laughing his ass off.

I rolled my eyes. "That's not funny" I whined.

He just laughed harder. He held his stomach and kept laughing. I could even see tears falling. I shook my head and got up. I crossed my arms and sat down on the couch again.

He finally calmed down and sat next to me with a bag in his hands.

"What's in the bag?" I asked.

He smiled and took out 2 Ben and Jerry's Cookie Dough Ice Cream and Two-Bite Brownies. I smiled and grabbed one of the ice creams and opened it. He gave me a spoon and I took a spoon full, feeling that goodness in my mouth.

"No thank you?" He asked.

I giggled and shook my head. I kissed his cheek, seeing his cheeks form a light pink.

"Thank you" I whispered in his ear.

He smiled and pecked my lips. It took me by surprise but I planted my lips back onto his, wanting his lips on mine forever. I pulled away and smiled before eating my ice cream.

There was no awkwardness between us. We would talk about the weirdest things and move on. He always knows how to make me smile.

"Why are we talking about man bras anyways?" I asked, giggling.

He shrugged. "You know guys like have chest muscles and stuff so if they run it might jiggle. Us guys need to support too you know, like you girls." He said smiling.

I just laughed harder which made him laugh. See weirdo!! I shook my head finishing up my ice cream.

"You're such a dork, you know that right" I told him smiling.

He smiled and leaned in, kissing me on my lips. "I know but I'm your dork" He whispered against my lips.

I smiled but still knowing that he was Brittany's not mine.
