I sighed, rubbing my forehead as I nodded. "Yeah, yeah, I'll call you as soon as we're done," I stated.
"You said it's just another week?" Avi asked.
"Yep, we finish this Friday," I replied
"Can I just send you the scripts, so they get to your house say...Saturday?" he questioned. "We're not in a rush, I just want you at the next meeting."
"Yeah, I want to be there too," I replied. "So go ahead and send them so I can start reading them right away."
"Awesome," he said. "Call me when you've gotten through the first few."
"Will do," I responded, closing my eyes.
"Alright, have fun, and tell Scott I said hi."
"You got it," I said. "Bye, Avi."
"Bye, Mitch," he said, before hanging up.
Sighing as I let my hand fall back down to my side, I leaned back against the trailer. I didn't need to open my eyes to know that the sun wasn't even rising yet, cursing the fact that Avi was in New York.
"Da Vinci, what are you doing up?"
I looked over to the door of the trailer, smiling softly as I saw Scott. His hair was a mess, he still didn't have a shirt on, and he was swaying slightly as he tried to rub the sleep from his eyes."Avi called me," I told him, moving to his side.
Scott groaned as both of us moved back into the trailer. "This early? Why?"
"He's in New York, working on Season 2," I answered, taking off my cardigan as he collapsed back onto the bed.
He hummed, keeping his eyes on me as I slid off the sandals I had put on. "Gonna be weird to go from Priestly to Dean."
"Ah, you'll get it," I replied, slapping his leg softly. "Scoot."
He did, turning on his side as I laid down beside him, pulling the blanket over us. Scott's arms wrapped back around my waist, pulling me into him. I closed my eyes as I breathed him in, cuddling into him.
"You ready to run Hair and Makeup again?" He muttered.
"Kinda," I whispered. "At least I'll have a bigger team."
"True," he replied.
Both of us fell into silence, reveling in each other. "Love you," I muttered.
"Love you too," he said, kissing my temple.——————————
I hummed softly, glancing at the clock in the makeup trailer. Scott had just left to film one of today's scenes, so I had at least an hour of free time.
Reaching to the table and grabbing my phone, I texted Penelope Garcia. "Free for at least an hour now!" I texted her, hitting send.
Setting my phone down, I crossed my fingers that I would get to talk to Spencer. I missed him dearly, and with the stress of finishing this movie and getting right to work on planning for Supernatural, I hoped talking to him would help. I just needed to rant, and while Scott would be more than willing to listen, he was too close to Supernatural to fully understand. Scott had three weeks before he would get back into the role of Dean, while me...it seemed like this summer at least, Hawaii was my only vacation.
Closing my eyes and taking a deep breath, I tried to relax. But as my phone rang, I picked it up instantly, smiling widely as I saw that Spencer's work number was calling me.
I answered the call right away. "Spenc?"
"Mitch!" I heard him cry. "Hi!"
"Hi!" I replied. "How are you?"
