Sophie's POV
When they finish, Becky and I take their place on stage. I've never danced before, but I've always wanted to. We will see how this will go. I just hope that I don't embarrass myself too bad. I stare at the floor until the music starts and then just dance my heart out. I smile while dancing. The second verse finishes and we jump off stage and keep dancing. Becky does a lot better than I did during the song, but I enjoyed dancing. Everyone claps and starts to leave to go home or where ever they are going. Becky runs over to me and hugs me.
"You did so good!" She exclaims.
"You did better than me!" I grin and release her.
"But today was your first time ever dancing!"
"That's true."
Ace and the guys walk up to us. "Who's this?" Ace asks politely while glancing at Becky.
"My cousin, Becky. She is Valerie's daughter."
He nods and I hug him. "So, will you stay with me?" I whisper in his ear.
He laughs. "I should be asking you that, not the other way around."
"Well?"
"I'd be stupid not to. Yes, I will stay with you, Sophie." He says and holds me tighter while we sway.
"Aww! You guys are so cute! You guys need to get together!" Becky exclaims.
We laugh and I enjoy being held by Ace.
"So, you guys are good?" Jaxon asks.
"And the band is back together?" Hunters continues.
"Absolutely," I reply.
"What now?" Michael asks.
》THE BAD BOY'S BAND《
"Hey, Dad I'm going to take Becky to meet our neighbors," I say as I open the door to leave the house.
"What? Since when have you been in a band?"
"Today," I say. Technically, I did get in the band today.
"But-."
"Let them go, Tom," my aunt says and waves her hand. "They'll be fine. They are just going next door."
"I don't know about this."
"Do you want me to go with them?"
Dad sighs. "I guess they can go."
"Love you, Dad and aunt Valerie. See you later. Bye!" I say quickly before rushing next door.
"Someone's excited to go see a certain someone," Becky says and wiggles her eyebrows.
"Yes. Yes, I am." I smile and knock on the door for the first time.
A woman, who I guess is Ace's mom answers the door. "Hello, girls. May I help you with something?"
"Mom, let them in. It is just Sophie and her cousin." Ace states coming up behind her.
"Oh! I'm so glad to meet the famous Sophie." Ace's mom smiles.
"I'm not famous that I know of." I state with a grin of my own.
"Well, come on in, girls!"
We walk inside and his mom hugs me as soon as I'm inside. I hug her back and it was nice. I expected it to be awkward, but it wasn't.
"Mom, we are going to be in the den."
"Okay. If you need anything, just come find me or ask Ace."
"Okay. It was nice meeting you," I reply.
We follow Ace to the Den and only Hunter is in there.
"Where's everyone at?" I ask them.
"Jaxon is with his girlfriend." Ace says.
"And Michael is at dance practice," Hunter continues.
"Since when did Jaxon have a girlfriend?" I question.
"They have been dating for.." He trails off and looks at Hunter. "Six months?"
Hunter nods in confirmation.
"How come he doesn't talk about her?"
"He does when he is one on one with someone, but for some reason he doesn't talk about her that much with a big group of people around."
"Now that you said that, that is very true," Hunter says.
"Which one is Jaxon?" Becky asks.
"He's the drummer," Hunter explains.
"And Michael is the other guitar player?"
Hunter nods.
Becky sits beside of Hunter and I sit on the other couch that is across from them. Ace sits beside me. "I have a question for you."
"What would that be?" Ace asks as he puts his arm around my shoulders.
"My aunt's getting married and she said I have to bring a date."
He nods for me to continue.
"I was wondering if you would be my date."
