Chapter 2

I woke up groaning about the stupid alarm's sound, after that I did my morning routine, wore a my little pony t-shirt and skinny jeans.

What? don't judge.

Or you know what, judge as much as you like, I'm already used to that..people judging me.

I went downstairs expecting to see mom and dad waiting for me to come and eat breakfast. But no. Instead I found a note on the table

Morning Demetria,

Me and your dad went shopping...for...anything great we find. We decided to take a day off, but no day off for you you ;D

Your awesome Mama.

Did she have to put that wink? I rolled my eyes, I decided to skip breakfast. I'm already fat one way or another.

I was walking, a boy walking infront of me. I didn't really pay attention to that, instead I pulled my phone out and decided to go on twitter or do anything else.

20 followers, what a milestone Demetria..

I decided to come up with one of my breathtaking tweets

Walking to school....

Wow, really breathtaking...what a good tweet! no wonder why I have only 20 followers, even though it's a milestone for m-

I fell to the ground, looks like I bumped into something or...

Someone.

I groaned

"Oh my god, sorry?" an angelic voice said, to be honest I was excited to know who is this 'angelic' person

One I looked up I was met by the best pair of blue orbs I have ever seen

"It's ok" I stood up from my place "I'm Demi" I said, giving him my hand to shake, but he was hesitating.

"I gotta go" he whispered and walked past me

Yeah, of course..why would he want to shake hands with you?!

I shrugged it off and continued walking until I finally reached the school, I went inside trying not to get caught by the guy who calls himself 'Zaynie' or whatever...

As I was walking I saw 2 boys, one was Zayn and the other was Louis. A boy was lying on the ground, just as I was about to help him Louis punched him.

I don't see a point of bullying..

But looks like we have some bullies in this school.

Just then the two boys laughed then I saw someone join them.

Niall. 

He laughed too and punched the guy who has a bleeding nose now

I officially hate these three guys now. 

Officially.

"Let's go" Zayn ordered and they walked away from the boy, at the time they were gone I walked up to the boy

"Are you okay?" I asked him, he nodded.

"Come on..we need to take you to the nurse" I told him and helped him get up

"I'm Nick" he whispered, I mentally rolled my eyes, he has a bleeding nose and scars, and what he cares about is telling me his name!

"Demi" I said, we reached a white door, the nurse must be in there, he goes inside and I continue walking to my locker.

This guy, Niall..he doesn't seem like a type who would bully

But he does.

I took out my history book and headed to class, as I was walking I reconized a teacher...what was his name?

Ah, Mr.Valderrama, he was walking. He teaches maths.

Anyways, I made my way to my class, just there stood Mrs.White.

"Demi, you're late" she said coldly, I apologized and took a seat next to I don't know who.

As the teacher was talking, someone threw a paper on me, I was about to throw it back at the same direction just until I noticed blue ink on it.

I frowned in confusion, who would want to give me a note

Hey, you look nice. Meet me at starbucks after school?

P.S. It's the guy with dark brown hair and a smile :) x Joe.

I looked at the direction the paper came from, a boy with dark brown hair was smiling, I nodded.

I don't know why I agreed, the only thing I know about him is that his name is Joe.

I don't care, I don't usually get someone to ask me to go somewhere with them

The time flew, and now I was on my way to starbucks.

When I got there, I searched for Joe. 

Where is him?

I saw a hand being waved from the corner of my eyes, I looked and saw Joe, I made my way to him

"Hi" I said then smiled

"Hello, new girl huh?" he said,  I nodded

I'm always the shy type, you won't get into my hear easily, my walls aren't easy to break.

I built these walls while I was bullied, teasted, hated, not loved.

"Demetria, right?" he asked

"Yeah, but call me Demi" I said, he smiled

"So tell me Demi...I heard you newly moved here?" he asked, I wondered how he knew that but I shrugged it off

"Yeah, me and my family had to move here" I said, he nodded.

"Cool" he said "So..you have any siblings?" he asked

"Yes. A brother, Derek..do you?" I said

"Nick and Kevin" he said, I furrowed my eyebrows

Can it be the same Nick?

"I met a boy called Nick today, he gets bullied?" I asked

"Yes, it's him. Nick, the same one" he said, I noticed something different in his eyes so I decided to change the subject

"Mm, what's your favourite color?" I asked

"Purple, yours?"

"Black"

"Your favourite animal?"

"Lions, you?"

"Gorrilas, what about...if your name wasn't Demi, what would want it to be?" he asked, I started to think

Diana? Loren? Jillian?

"Good names" he said, oh..looks like I said the three names out loud

"What about you?" I asked, realizing that the conversation turned into a twenty questions game

"Ricky..maybe Jeff, Ryan too? uh..Jared is good..I also have a secret crush on the name Martin and-" he began to talk about names..we were deep into in the conversation..

Until you guess who interrupted us

"Hi Joe!"
