THIRD PERSON

The blond haired girl's expression was full of surprise as she stared at his chocolate brown eyes which expressed a serious meaning.

It was silent for a few seconds until she finally made up her mind. She relaxed under his gaze and he found it confusing. She had to admit it. With the kind of distance they had, he can be taken by anybody and she won't like it one bit. He already won her heart and she has to surrender her feelings which would remove the weight on her chest.

She gently gripped on the hair at the back of his head, closed her eyes and rested her forehead on his own.

"Yes... I love you idiot, this is not out of pity" she finally admitted which caused the volleyball captain to grin in happiness. He pulled her for a kiss which they both enjoyed. He pulled out and kissed her forehead as he pulled her closer to hug her tightly.

"I love you too, Y/n" he said and rested his chin on her shoulder.

"So, this means that the deal is over right?" He asked her and she merely agreed with a nod.

"You are now officially my girlfriend~" he happily mentioned and she chuckled

"And you are now officially my Trashcan boyfriend~"

"Meanie!" he complained and she just laughed.

Silence

"This is the best day for me so far" Oikawa admitted as she pulled out of the hug and looked at him.

"Why so?" she asked

"I came here depressed and all then you arrived and everything turned upside down." he reasoned out and smiled at her. She smiled back.

"Well, you will have to court me" she said with her head held high.

"Wha- but why?!!" he whined

"I'm just kidding, you showed me enough proof" she said and kissed his cheek.

"I love you Y/n~"

"I love you too trashcan"

"Stop calling me that!"

SECOND PERSON

"Idiot, you should go home" you said as you walked past Oikawa to head for the kitchen.

"Nooooo~ it's already dark besides its Friday today" he whined as he laid his head on the back rest.

"Now that you mention that, I should be at Torono town by now" you murmured as you prepared some ingredients to cook a recipe.

"No! You stay here with me! I can't solo you for good" Oikawa whined again and you chuckled.

"Can you come and help me here?" you asked and he immediately stood up.

"What can I do?" he asked as he wrapped his arms around your waist.

"Cube the carrots into small pieces"

"Hai~"

The whole night was spent with Oikawa, your now official boyfriend and you both ate the Vegetable Cream soup that you both made then watched a movie afterwards and went to sleep.

Oikawa watched as you slept in his arms. He can't believe that a girl like you is in his arms. He couldn't ask for more now that you're here. You were everything he ever asked for; ever since the first time he saw you, he knew that you were someone special that should be included in his life. More like a soulmate. When your eyes first made contact, feelings were triggered and you just had the need that the both of you should get together. But as a girl, you need to prevent things such as assuming and more.

Oikawa smiled to himself and pulled you closer as he kissed your forehead and drifted off to sleep.

Oikawa stayed until Sunday and you both went out for a real date. Everything felt so new. So real. There's nothing you will hide from him such as your feelings. You would do PDA but not too much. He would intertwine his fingers with yours as you walk side by side. He would lean his head against your own when you rest your head on his shoulder. He would wrap an arm around your shoulder or your waist and mostly kiss you.

It was a good day for you and him. It was what you asked for and seeing that he truly loved you, you would pay that back with love as well.

Right now, you were sitting with Oikawa on the river bank watching the sun set from the sky. You leaned against his shoulder as he rested his head on yours. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable that you both enjoyed.

You looked down on your intertwined hands.

"Oikawa?"

"Hmm?"

"I love you"

Oikawa chuckled and kissed your crown as he let go of your hand and wrapped his arm on your shoulders then pulled you closer.

"I love you too" he happily said as he kissed you on the lips. You answered the sweet kiss and later on you both went back to watching the sunset.

For the first time... You learned to love someone romantically.
