"Y/n chan?"

The blond haired girl turned around to see a black short haired girl that reached around her shoulders.

Her e/c eyes widened.

"C-chizuru?"

The said girl started crying and ran to the blonde, hugging her tightly, "Y/n chan I miss you so much!" She cried as the blonde struggled to breath.

"I give......I give up." she tapped on her friend's back and she let go, "Ah! I'm so sorry Y/n chan." she said as the tall blonde fixed herself.

"What are you doing here?! I thought you were in Torono town!" the ravenette asked in shock, "No, I went to Aoba Johsai."

"Aoba Johsai? Isn't that one of the top four volleyball teams?"

"Yeah, and I'm their manager."

"Seriously? I heard they have a hottie there."

"I wouldn't call him a hottie." she blankly stated, "You don't have to be a tsundere Y/n chan~" Chizuru giggled as the said girl rolled her eyes.

"Whatever."

~[Haikyuu]~

"Y/n chan, Earth to Y/n." a voice interrupted your daydreaming and you looked up, "You're thinking too much, are you alright?" Iwaizumi asked and you shook your head before smiling at him.

"No, I'm alright."

"What were you thinking, Y/n chan?" Oikawa asked from beside you as you three ate your lunch.

"Nothing."

"Ok."

"We better fasten up so that you guys can practice earlier." you suggested and the two boys nodded as you sped up on eating.

Aoba Johsai Gym

"One more!"

"Nice receive!"

"Center!"

"Chance ball!"

Squeaking of shoes and bouncing of volleyball balls were heard around the gym as well as the occasional shouting.

Everyone is practicing really hard for the Inter high Preliminaries and you knew that they were aiming to defeat Shiratorizawa.

When they had a short break you handed them water bottles and towels.

"Nice block back there Kindaichi." you complimented and the said boy blushed, "Thank you Y/n senpai." he said with utmost respect.

At first you were surprised to know that he and Kunimi were previous teammates of Kageyama. Kageyama was even called "The King of the Court", and in his days of middle school he was an egocentric king causing his teammates to reject him. But when he went to Karasuno he had drastic changes.

"Hey Ace! Nice spike!"

"Yosha!"

"Y/n chan, compliment me too!" Oikawa whined when you completely ignored him.

"Yeah, nice serve, Trashykawa."

"Argh! Stop it with the nickname!"

"Don't want to."

"Y/n chaaaann!" he whined again, "Oikawa!" Coach Mizoguchi roared and he went back to practice.

You smirked and went to pick stray balls from sides of the court. By the end of the practice, you fixed your things and put everything in order before approaching Oikawa.
