BILBO POV
Yeah, we weren’t even close to the path. The path was like miles and miles behind us. We were spread out looking for a sign or something, well, they were, I was sitting on a boulder, rocking back and forth slightly. I got up and started walking. My head was heavy, it rolled down and I looked at my feet, they appeared to be moving backwards not forwards. Quickly I threw my head up, sighing in frustration. I looked behind me at Oin, but he wasn’t Oin. He was me, ok, this was too much, I needed air, fresh air. Bofur picked up a tobacco pouch.
“There are dwarves in these woods. Dwarves from the Blue Mountains no less, this tobacco pouch looks just like mine.” I rolled my eyes and snatched it from his hand.
“It’s because it is yours, don’t you get it?! We’re going in circles!” I called. Thorin was at the front; he looked over his shoulder at me but didn’t say anything. We came to a small clearing and stopped, we gathered around and a fight broke out, Kili, Fili, Ori, and a few others got into a shoving match.
“Hey!” Thorin roared. Everyone stopped. “We are being watched.” He said quietly.
“Yes you are.” A voice replied. A sweet voice, composed, comforting, it belonged to our female friend. I turned to Ali she stood on a fallen tree nearby. She stepped down and looked around.
“Master Baggins you look to be the only sane one here.” She looked from each dwarf, who clearly didn’t understand what she was saying. I nodded in agreement, then looked around, they had started fighting again. Ali stepped between them.
“Boe nad maeth?”(Must we fight?) She said in a very smoky tone. Everyone’s eyes were on her. “That’s better.” She smiled softly. They all started talking again, low tones, not to her.
“What did you say?”
“Not important. We need to get out of here.”
“Really?” I said sarcastically, she smirked and looked around.
“I’m not sure which way to go, but it is only a matter of time before the madness starts to take us and an even shorter time till the dwarves go completely insane.” I cocked an eyebrow in agreement. “Oh not again.” She and Thorin were breaking up a fight, I had an idea. I tapped my forehead with my finger, trying to jog my brain into working again. Then I got it, I was going to climb the tree and find out which way to go.

THORIN POV
Ali and I had finally gotten Fili and Ori apart. With a sigh she leaned against a tree. Kili stood next to her staring at something, not moving or talking. His lover stood, she stepped closer to him. Ali looked at him, shaking him a little. He didn’t respond, only swayed a little. Ori and Fili broke into another fight, she shoved herself between them, pushing them apart. Her back was to the forest, she was facing me, glaring at me for not helping her.
There was a sound, like something being stabbed, flesh, flesh being stabbed. Her face contorted and she let out a groan in pain. Ori and Fili I guess didn’t see or hear it. Her knees buckled and she fell forward, Dwalin caught her arm, catching her from hitting the ground so hard. There was another thud. Kili fell to the ground. Several more thuds. Dori, Nori, and Gloin fell. What was going on? Soon Dwalin fell forward, Fili, Ori. Balin, Oin, Bofur, Bombur. Bifur looked at me, then fell on his side. I cocked my head a little then felt it. A sharp something stabbed me just under the left side of my rib cage. I winced and then my knees buckled, I fell forward and everything was black.
