ALISSYANNA POV
The next I knew Bard was telling the dwarves to fork over the money. He explained that we’d be arriving at a dock along the way. We were to hide in the barrels, he also told me to put a hood on, I wondered why. And oh let me tell you I was glad I did.
Fish. Tons and tons of fish. While we were at the dock, Bard had paid a man to fill our barrels full of fish… lovely.
About forty five minutes or so passed, we were still covered in fish. I was holding my nose, trying not to vomit my kidney, and all the while dealing with my back stinging. Why is it always me? My barrel was tipped over and I looked up, a hand was in front of me. I gladly took it and was pulled up by Dwalin. He handed me off to Thorin who handed me off to Fili who was on the dock like walk way. I looked around, this was much different than Dale, much different.
“How are you going to get us in without us getting caught?” I asked Bard, I had overheard the conversation with Alfrid, it was my barrel they almost tipped over.
“How well can they swim?” I blinked, this would be an adventure.

BALIN POV
Ali looked puzzled, then nodded. She got our attention and explained the plan. We were to follow Bard a little ways in, then we would follow her the rest of the way while he distracted the other people there. Sounded easy enough.
“Now can everyone swim?” Then there was that.
“Yes.”
“I can.”
“Why?”
“Yeah.”
“SHH! You’ll draw attention!” She quieted us down and looked up at Bard. He nodded and swiftly started walking us towards our destination. A young boy met us in the middle.
“They are watching our house.” Was all I could make of their conversation.
“Well, then the hard way it is.” Ali said.
“Everyone, follow me.” She whispered loudly. She started towards the end of the walk way, no one was around to see us at this moment. Our angelic companion did a perfect dive into the freezing water below. “Well come on!” She snapped. We all plunged into the black waters below. Bard spoke to her rapidly then left. “Now listen… will someone grab the Hobbit he’s drowning.” Thorin and I reached down and grabbed the burglar’s coat, lifting him above water. “No listen, we must only come up for air when we absolutely need it, we have to be as swift as possible or we’ll get caught.” We all sighed. “And stay under the walk ways, they’ll keep us somewhat hidden. Quickly now, let’s go!”
“Down we go.” Fili muttered. We all took one last deep breath and let ourselves sink under the surface. The water was cold, clean but dark. We had to keep our eyes open in order to see where our female friend was leading us. She was a fast swimmer, we all struggled to keep up with her.
Alissyanna surfaced then lowered herself back under. She held to a pole that was supporting a building. Her silver hair was floating all around her, giving her a mysterious and elegant look. She pointed to her left; we all swam under the building. I surfaced, there was a small space underneath the structure, and big enough for us to all get our heads above the water. Everyone surfaced, and then waited for further instruction. Ali was the last to surface; she forced her hair back out of her face. We heard footsteps above us, and then a light shone in the left corner above her. She looked up, nodded then called for my brother. He swam over and looked up. Before I knew it he was disappearing into the light. Thorin went next, Bombur third, Bifur, Ori, Oin, Nori, Fili, Gloin, Dori, Bofur, me, Kili, then Ali. We were ushered up the steps.
