When we got back home, our parents were at home and they were sleeping in their room while we does our stuff quietly. Suddenly, we heard a bang sound from the kitchen and went to investigate where did it come from.
When we were inside the kitchen, it started to rain heavily and we went to close the windows. After that, we went back to the kitchen to find a note the stove and i picked it up while Esther hid behind me closely. I showed to Esther and we read it together. It wrote:
'Dear Ashley and Esther,
Are you having fun looking at your friends who have died? They sure looks horrified when they saw me. They are always alone, in the dark and i just showed myself in front of them and killed them because i'm sure they will tell their friends that they saw me. I don't want them to tell but i can't speak until i evolve. How about you two make me evolve? That would be great and we will have lots of fun.
Although you didn't say anything bad after reading the note that i gave you, i still want to kill your friends to see what would you do. Let me tell you something.
I can possess people from now onward so whatever you do, please be careful. Don't make me possess your friends or else i kill more of your friends.
Have fun looking at your friends' who are gonna die. I won't tell you who will die but i can tell someone is going to die tomorrow.'
After we read finished, we looked at each other and then dashed to the living room at lightning speed. We immediately sat down on the couch as we were panting heavily.
---The Next Day---
I woke up at 5.26am again but i received a message from Miss Lim when i unlocked my phone and viewed the message.
Miss Lim:'School will end at 1pm from today onward. Please do not hang out in school or near the school after 1pm. Go home straight after your last lesson have ended.'
After reading, i wonder why school ends so early. Probably they don't want the same thing to happen to us or the other students and then we might end up like Daisy, Travis, and John. I hope no one will die although the 'it' says in the note that there will be someone gonna die today.
Esther woke up at 6.25am again and i told her to look at the message from Miss Lim first before going to the toilet to brush her teeth. After she have finished reading, she put away her phone and went to brush her teeth while i went to prepare our breakfast.
---1pm---
My class was just dismissed and our subject teacher have left after the class has been dismissed. The whole class, myself included, were about to leave when there was a blackout in the school. Amy is scared of dark and i let her hold my hand so she knew that i am there for her. We walked out of the classroom to see that the other sec 2s students coming out of their classrooms while their teachers went to get the lights back on. Our two friends from class 204 came running towards me and Esther but they stopped right in front of us. They are Mary and Natalie.
They came running to us was because they heard from their teacher that their class and my class will be working together again but this time, we must look after each other in groups of four. They want to be in the same group as us so we formed the group with me, Esther and them. We then walked to the opposite side of my classroom so we would not get lost so easily.
When we walked to opposite side of it, it was pitch black and we took out our phones to on our flashlight. After that, we heard mumbling coming from where we walked and quickly turned behind to see who is it. In the end, it was Amy and her group. Her group consists of herself, Dolphy and our two CCA friends. They saw us and stopped walking.
"What are you guys doin' here?"Amy asked with a calm voice but her face shows that she is a bit scared.
"Here is much more quieter than the other side. How about you guys?"Esther said with a calm face but her voice sounded a bit angry. I don't know why but i think that Esther is starting to get angry.
"Are you, by any chance, getting angry?"Amy asked, knowing the answer already.
"Shut up and go back to the other side, will ya?"Esther said, getting annoyed instead of angry.
"No way we are doin' that. We are gonna work together with your group. Got it?"Amy said, her voice sounded that she is getting annoyed as well.
"No way we are goin' to work with your group."Esther said and then turned around the moment she finished her sentence. She then said to us,"Let's go" calmly as her annoyance starting to fade.

We walked and walked until we were at the end of the path. We then sat down, leaning against the wall. Suddenly, i saw something walking towards us and the others saw it too. The moment Esther saw it, she gripped onto my arm a bit tight while the other two were hugging each other tightly until their tears start to come out of their eyes.
It was coming closer to us but soon stopped right in front of us, specifically in front of me. It was looking at me with a glowing red eyes, more like a death stare and i was quite scared because it was staring at me. Esther was tightening her grip on me and i started to feel pain on my arm.
Suddenly, it vanished in the air like the fire on a birthday candle got blew by the person's birthday. After it vanished, the four of us became quiet while Esther let go of my arm and the other two let go of each other. We then saw Austin's group walking towards us and they have already saw us.
They stopped about two feet in front of us and i saw that his group consists of himself, Judah and the other two boys are from class 204. They then gestured us to shift to the left side so they could sit down. All of us didn't talk among ourselves and we were just keeping quiet while this makes my group and i feel awkward.
Out of a sudden, it started to rain heavily and we getting wet so we moved nearer to the inside as the boys shift more to the right side. I looked at Esther who was looking at the rain and then i turned my head to see Mary and Natalie. Both of them were just looking forward without any emotions on their face like they are emotionless.
