"I have to get Polly outta there". Betty stated as she placed her tray down onto the table.
"Was it that bad?" I asked.
"You have no idea, she didn't even know Jason was dead". I tensed up at those words. "Sorry". She apologised.
"No it's fine, I'll have to get used to it someday". I admitted. "Did she you know? Look pregnant". I breathed.
"Oh yes". Betty nodded. "She told me mom and dad sent her away once they found out she was pregnant, they thought that the baby was a mistake". Betty admitted.
"That's horrible". Jug replied.
"So that's the real reason Polly was sent away?" Arch asked.
"Yes". She replied sharply.
"Hope you don't mind if I sit here". I looked up to see Sam Clide the new hot guy in town.
"Sure". Ronnie smiled. I gave her a death stare before looking at Jacks table. He just smiled and shrugged apologetically before looking away.
"So you must be Veronica Lodge". He spoke to Ronnie as soon as he sat down.
"That's me". She smiled.
"Betty Cooper, Kevin Keller, Archie Andrews and". He turned to me. "The famous Jade Andrews". He leant closer to me. "I'm so sorry to hear of your loss". He smiled sympathetically.
"You didn't even know him, so don't act like you did" I snapped before storming off.
