I got out of bed the next morning and placed my work clothes on quickly after. I walked to the bathroom but not before looking in Jades room, I opened the door quietly and peeked round it to see both Jade and Archie asleep in each other's arms. They always used to do that to each other when they were kids. I quietly left them to sleep and did what I had to in the bathroom. I walked downstairs and went straight to the kitchen. If you know anything about the Andrews we're always hungry when we wake up. I placed an egg in the frying pan with some bacon in the grill. I grabbed the milk and orange juice from the fridge and placed them on the kitchen side, then I heard someone coming down the stairs. I peeked round the kitchen door to find Archie walking towards me in his T shirt and boxers as always.
"Morning dad". He smiled tiredly.
"Morning". I replied. "How is she?" I asked. But before he could answer she came bounding down the stairs happy and anything.
"Hey bro, hey dad". She kissed us both on the cheek and poured herself some milk. "What?" She asked as me and Archie just stared at her.
"You ok?" I asked. She nodded.
"Why wouldn't I be?" She asked back.
"No reason". Archie and I quickly stated as we got on with what we were doing.
"Oooo food". She smiled as she noticed the bacon and eggs cooking. "Can't wait". She smiled as she walked back up the stairs.
"You watch her". I ordered Archie.
"I will I promise". He replied as he also went back up to change.
Archie P.O.V
"The same nightmare?" Betty asked me and I nodded."She keeps having it". I stated. "Then she'll be happy as anything in the morning like she doesn't remember the dream at all".
"That's odd." Jughead admitted.
"I know". I agreed.
"Do you think she knows something that she's not telling us?" Betty asked.
"Honestly I don't know". I sighed.
"Good morning my dearest friends". Jade came bounding in the lounge. "How is everyone?" She asked as dropped onto the red sofa next to Kevin.
"Great". Betty smiled.
"Awesome". Jughead smiled.
"Marvellous". Veronica smiled.
"Amazing". Kevin smiled.
"What about you?" I asked completely ignoring her question.
"Me? I'm great, great as can be". She smiled.
"Oh look who it is". Cheryl and her zombies came up to us.
"Not today Cheryl". I pleaded.
"Oh? And why not?" She asked.
"Just leave." Veronica waved her away.
"No, you see I have to talk to that over there". She said as she pointed at Jade.
"Watch it Cheryl". I warned.
"No...no it's fine, what can I do for you?" Jade calmly asked.
"Alone?"
"No way". I disagreed.
"Whatever you have to say, you can say it in front of these." Jade stated.
"Fine." Cheryl reached into her bag and pulled out a book. "We were sorting out Jason's bedroom today and we found this". Cheryl handed her a letter. "My mom said to chuck it but I thought you should see it". Cheryl stated as she made her way in between me and Betty. "We'll go on read it". Cheryl urged. Jade sighed before opening it and as soon as she did she froze.
Wonder what's in the letter?
