When I Laid My Eyes On You

Chapter 25

Tomorrow is the first day of school. I'm slightly nervous.

"Don't you worry, susunduin ka namin para di ka kabahan, we got you!" Nathan happily said.

"Eh kasi naman, lumipat nanaman ako ng school. I can't adjust that much." I nervously said.

Ginulo ni Ryan buhok ko, "Just be yourself, Zea. Andito kami para sayo." He smiled with assurance.

Hindi na namin alam kung ano na nangyayare kay Delton, hindi na siya nagpaparamdam.

I hope he's happy with Aisha....

"We'll see you tomorrow. Good night, Zea!" Ian said.

They all stood up and they kissed my forehead one by one.

Yes, they treat me as like I'm their little sister, and I'm glad I have them as my kuyas.

I went upstairs to my bedroom and did my every night routine to get ready for bed.

After those, I lay down on my bed and set an alarm clock for tomorrow's first day of school.

Charged my phone, and turned off my lamp light.

Good luck to me for tomorrow, I guess.

"Azalea, wake up, baby."

I opened my eyes, and quickly sat. I looked at my wall clock and it's 5:30 am in the morning.

Phew, I thought I was late.

I looked at mom and she smiled at me, "Get ready, baby girl. I cooked breakfast and your friends are joining, too. Better hurry!" She kissed me in the forehead and pushed me inside the bathroom.

I did my daily routine. After taking a shower.

I stared at my uniform in front of me.

Oh well, I guess I'll wear it, because I have no choice.

Just looking at myself by the mirror, I just don't like how the skirt is just short.

Umiling na lang ako and wore my barette.

I got my bags, my phone and went downstairs.

I heard laughters downstairs, kaya binilisan ko na pag baba.

Binaba ko yung bag ko sa mga nakalapag na bags dun sa mga couches at dumiretso na sa dining area.

Napatingin sila sakin at biglang tumahimik.

"W-what?" Nauutal kong tanong.

"Parang kang model ng school namin, seryoso. Ang ganda mo!" Nag thumbs up si Nathan, na ikinatawa ng lahat.

Umiling na lang ako at umupo na.

"Here's the enrollment slip, you will need this, your allowance is already transferred to your atm, call me when you're there and when you're about to go home. Intiendes?" Abot sakin ni mommy yung enrollment slip.

"Si, Mama." I smiled at her and started to eat.

After eating, I checked my watch it's 6:30 am.

I went upstairs and brushed my teeth, after that I went back down, and halata din sakanila na kakatapos palang din nila mag toothbrush.

We grabbed our things and I kissed my mom bye.

Sumakay na kami sa Van. Our parents said so.

Tahimik lang kaming byahe kasi natulog lang kami. Nauna silang bumaba and as I can tell agaw tingin kaagad sila.
