Zane's P.O.V.

Obeying Lucinda's orders, everyone rushed inside for an unknown reason. Lucinda slammed the door behind her, a look of panic on her face. "Everyone, to the basement! Now!"

I turned around to Travis. "What's going on?"

Travis shrugged. "Don't know, and as long as this awesome End-Of-The-School-Year-Party continues, don't care." I made my way through the crowd as twenty-something people crammed down the stairs and into the basement. Lucinda was the last person in the crowd.

"I'm going outside. Aphmau, this is your house, so you're in charge."

Aphmau walked up to Lucinda. "Did you guys forget about the fact that if my mom finds out about this party, shes gonna kill us all?"

"Too late."

We all turned around to see...Eric?

"Dad?!" Asked Katelyn, obviously shocked. "W-What are you doing here? And what do mean by that it's "Too Late?"

"Aphmau's mom is stuck at the grocery store because of this wild storm." He explained. "I saw the storm on the news, and I knew my blueberry was here, so I just had to warn her. Now, any chance I could stay down here? I'm not goin' back into that monster.

Aphmau breathed a sigh of relief. "Well, at least I can stay alive a little longer."

Once again, without any explaination, Lucinda shoved Eric down the stairs. "Fine, I'll put...Kai. I'll put Kai in charge. Kai, make sure everyone stays alive while I'm outside."

"Won't let you down, Ma'am." Said the orange haired Meifwa.

"Everyone, Stay safe." Lucinda closed the door, and there was dead silence. I looked over at Aphmau, as this was her house.

"Is there anything we can do?" I asked.

"Well, my mom has some old board games down here, but that's it."

"Hey guys!" Said this Kai kid. "To pass the time, anyone wanna play Truth or Dare?" Lots of people started gathering around him, including Kawaii~Chan. I obviously didn't want to join, as I didn't want a repeat of what had happened ten minutes ago. I started to walk away.

"Come on, Zane~Kun!" Said Kawaii~Chan, who was behind me. "It'll be fun!" I turned around to answer her, but I was distracted by her appearance.

Her amber eyes, which were the color of Mommy's homemade maple syrup.

Her long pink hair, which contained the color of a beautiful sunset.

Her rosy pink lips, which contained a smile that could cheer anyone up.

I blushed under my mask. "Alright."
