“Okay, spill.” Sapphire’s long nails tapped my back and I sprung up in surprise. I turned around to see all Kayla, Laura and Hayley, all sharing the same penetrating looks.

“Wha-“ I mumbled innocently.

“Laura said you made out with Brian.” Kayla said bluntly and my jaw dropped.

“Laura!” I exclaimed, it was supposed to be a secret. “Thanks!” I muttered.

“Sorry! You were down and the peer pressure killed me! They made me say it!” She chirped defensively while pointing at Hayley, and I totally believed her. Saffy and Hayley could be very intimidating sometimes.

“Anyways….What happened? Tell me everything.” Saffy chuckled curiously and they all drew closet to me.

“Whoa, what’s up with the ambush!?” I frowned, pushed past them and made my way to the distant corner of the patio, where I flopped down onto a couch.

“Don’t be uptight, we just wanna know.” Hayley dropped her attitude. “You seem a bit bummed…” She added nervously.

“Yeah because I cockblocked him so he hates me now.” I groaned and lay back, groaning. “He hasn’t spoken tome in like, two days! It’s like I don’t even exist anymore!” I said angrily, feeling guilty.

“What do you mean you cockblocked him?” Kayla raised an eyebrow.

“It means what it means!” I mumbled. “He kissed me and then wanted to you know, go all the way! And I didn’t feel like it, so he stormed off.” I said bitterly. “Jerk.” I added, looking at the starry skies.

“Brian wouldn’t have taken you to bed with him if he hadn’t thought you wanted him too.” Laura said to me, making me turn my head and face her.

“Of course he would, he’s a slut.” I mumbled and ran my hands through my hair.

“Brian hasn’t slept around in ages! Stop trying to find flaws in him.” Saffy said to me and sat on the edge of the couch, propping her feet on the straw table. “You probably really hurt him if he stopped talking to you. You know, considering he calls you every day…” She snorted, making the other girls chuckle.

“How could I hurt him!? I let him kiss me!” I exclaimed.

“Let him.” Hayley repeated somewhat sneeringly. “Sia, you’re awful.” She said to me bluntly. “I bet you liked every second of it! I hear he’s great in the sack.” She added.

“How can you-“ I mumbled and then my jaw dropped. “You slept with him?!” I said in a loud whisper, feeling angry for some reason.

“Wha-No! Of course not! Gross!” Hayley gasped. “I mean he’s not gross but why would I!?” Hayley said defensively, and I believed her.

“Listen Sierra, Brian’s obviously crazy about you and you seriously disappointed him. I bet he wanted to kiss you for years and you just made him little world collapse.” She giggled.

“Brian’s not crazy about me, he’s still upset about his breakup!” I insisted and all the girls laughed at me.

“You’re cute, so clueless.” Kayla giggled, petting my head. I slapped her hand away and frowned. “Have you ever seen his girlfriend sometime?” She cocked an eyebrow and I nodded. “And…? Anything suspicious?” She chuckled.

“What was so suspicious about her!? She was a nice girl, very pretty too.” I mumbled, not getting where they were heading with that.

“She looked just like you! You dummy!” Laura chuckled, taking me aback.
