Aria's POV

It's funny how most of the time you try your hardest to forget some things, and every time you do, they keep coming back. As if you had amnesia.

And some insignificant little details bring the memories back like a herd of rhinos. You can't stop them from entering your thoughts again, but you always try desperately not to.

And then there are sometimes when you remember that same event, and you're almost glad you did.

Even though you know you should be ashamed of what happened or embarrassed by it, you can't help but smirk.

I smiled towards Ezra and Kaiden as they handed me their food shoving it into my face and mumbling words as we ate outside.

The sun shined above all of our heads as we ate lunch outside peacefully. The sluts were flirting with the boys left and right.

The jocks were simply playing frisbee and running around playing with a football as well running around us like idiots.

I rolled my eyes as I looked around at the many teenagers gossiping and giggling about things I rather not know.

I cringed slightly as well at how clique everything was. I giggled out loud thinking about how weird this all was and how it probably will never chance.

Kaiden pulled on my waist as I was pulled onto his lap his arms sliding around me as he held onto my tightly Ezra holding up food towards me.

"Eat you're to thing come on aria it's good I promise," Ezra replied pouting towards me.

"Come on princess please eat for us?" Kaiden replied pouting towards me.

Looking at Kaiden's adorable face I couldn't help but melt at how beautiful and cute he looked while pouting. I quickly mumbled an okay as I grabbed the sandwich taking a small bite.

"Hey, guys what's up!" Maggie chirped happily towards us.

"Maggie!" I called out trying to get off of Kaiden's lap to hug maggie.

Maggie looked down at me and then at my struggle as a genuine and heartful laugh escaped her lips. Instead, she walked over towards me and gave me a hug reading my mind.

I smiled up at her as her brother Liam and Owen soon followed behind her waving towards me grinning happily.

I raised my left hand slightly waving back towards Liam and sort of towards Owen. I somewhat knew Liam but I have never really known Owen I couldn't help but feel a little shy.

I clung onto Kaiden's shirt as I nuzzled into his chest closing my eyes. The air was fresh and the wind was blowing out allowing a perfect temperature breeze to hit us all.

For the entire lunchtime, we all talked about how we all will murder Elliot and his friends as well as detail plan all of their deaths while laughing.

We told jokes, and stories and ate for about an hour until the late bell rung loudly inside and outside of the school signaling it was time for class.
