I recommend downloading a workout app, so you don't do random exercises.
If you want a butt, eat cornbread & do squats or donkey kicks. It'll give you a natural butt.
If you want breasts, eat or drink a lot of dairy products.
For a flat stomach. Work out.
Working out let's you have the power to run if you need to, or to fight.
It gives you the confidence you need to succeed.
