YOOOOO. What's up my lovely readers? I'm back from the dead. Sorry I've been non active, but school has been piling me w homework.
So now since I'm sick and taking the day off, I'm going to update with some tips for sick days and my Spotify/ new Spotify playlist for this book.
First things first: make sure you aren't running a fever. Get a thermometer and check your temperature to make sure you aren't dying. ;)
If you do have a fever, take a cold shower or go see a doctor. My little sister has a fever and I've been sneezing so much I sound retarded. And guess what m8? We're at the doctor.
Next: grab a box of tissues. Or two, if you're like me and your nose is psychically distressed.
And let me say this now. DO NOT USE THOSE CRUSTY NAPKINS TEACHERS TRY TO GIVE YOU.
They seem like they're a good option at that time but then once you use them a lot your nose is gonna be red,sore, and crusty. Trust me, I've personally experienced this horror.
Third:
Don't try to do your baddie work out during your sick day. Relax, chill. Lay down and nap. This is a day dedicated to your health and well being. One day of not dieting is not going to kill you. And lay off of your veggies and eat ice cream it's like yo cheat day okay?Finally:
Take a shower at a medium temperature and pull your hair into a bun, and put on your comfortable pajamas. Wear fuzzy socks, and don't wear make up for the day. Put on some music and just vibe man. You have the day off from school and to yourself.
