Wither youre trying to be a baddie,or just trying to fit them jeans, this chapter is for you.

One thing i have to say, is that preparing for a diet // exercise lifestyle is going to take sometime. You can't just dive in & expect instant results, nor expect your body to be able to react to the sudden change.

First things first, get rid of your Pepsi cans and kiss your oreos goodbye. I know I know. But Evelyn! What about cheat days?

Cheat days come after you see results. And even so, you only get them once a week.

Water. Water is a major factor in skincare, and in dieting.

Instead of sodas, try

•Water
•Powerade
•Peace Tea
•Arizona Tea
•Gatorade
•Apple juice
•Grape juice.

Those are just alternatives, in case y'all are craving something other than water.

I decided to study exercise and dieting websites for this chapter, and the number one thing they all had in common.

They all said that you can't have one without the other. Its either both, or nothing. You must diet and exercise at the same time. Or you're not gonna see any change within anything.

Working out is always the hard part for me because I'd honestly rather stay in bed and watch YouTube.

In the morning, make sure to start off your day with a healthy breakfast. I'm honestly so bad about this because I used to heat up leftovers (like pizza) and eat it for breakfast. Or I wouldn't eat at all. Okay, both of those are a no no.

Try eating healthy cereal. I personally recommend the special K cereal, because it taste good and is really good for you. If you're running out the door, make sure to grab some kind of fruit bar. As extra as it sounds, it really does help you from not being as hungry all the time, and not thinking about chocolate cake.

Through out your day, I recommend carrying around a water bottle. NO KOOL AID PACKETS. That's sugar, and I can't stress how bad that is for you. Just drink plain water, and make sure to attempt to drink one water bottle per day.

Even teachers will allow you to carry around a water bottle.

For lunch, avoid greasy foods and go for a sandwich. if you're in school, I'd start bringing your lunch to school. Pack yogurt, apple sauce, or a fruit cup. And no, do not grab the yogurt with the candy on top. No, you're not slick.

For the main course, try making a sandwich. I know, its boring. But it fills you up, and you can switch up your sandwich's any day you feel like it. (Ex: cheese, ham and cheese, turkey, pb&j)

For the side, try having packages of carrots & ranch, fruit bars, or just fruit in general.

So I know this is a topic most people dont include in these chapters/books, but here we go.

Eating out. The two words that'll make you want to break your diet.

Depending on where youre going, here's what I recommend.

First things first, snatch water instead of soda.

Second, avoid all of the grease filled foods. Try salads or sandwich's. & no, I dont mean hamburgers. I mean plain and simple sandwich's.

When it comes to deserts, youre gonna get a bit edgy looking at all of that cheesecake and chocolate candy. Try going for pies, like apple, cherry, etc.

Nextttt. I spent half of this chapter sticking to the topic of actual foods. But here's the best thing ever: exercising.

Morning routine:

•25 jumping jacks
•ten push ups
•sixty second wall sit
•20 sit ups
•2 minute toe touches.

I keep my morning routine super simple, since I have to go to school, and dont have that much time. Feel free to do my routine, or do anyone you like.

Night/evening routine:

•Bike ride for thirty minutes
•sixty second wall sit
•2 minute toe touches
•50 jumping jacks
•Ten squats
•25 donkey kicks (per leg)
•stretching

My night routine is longer, and takes a lot more effort. After an hour when I get home, I begin exercising. I do it right after my homework, and before my shower. It helps me keep myself motivated. Once again, wither you use these routines or not, your evening/night exercise time should be longer than your morning one.

How to get a skinner waste:

Doing sit ups and working on your abs are supposedly supposed to give you a skinner waist. I've personally never focused on my waist, but that's what I've read when I researched it.

For a bigger butt:

Squats. I know it's a pain in the neck, but after a week, you'll see results. For extra help, try donkey kicks
