Ah nighttime. The time where you go to sleep early. Right?

Haha no.

If you're me, you stay up until about one a.m every night, playing on your phone. Now, don't get it twisted, I'm saying you have to stop that. But here's what you need to do before bed.

Wash your make up off:

Please. Please. Please. I don't think anyone realizes how big of a problem wearing make up to bed is, until huge spots of acne show up on their face. There's make up remover wipes, that you can buy basically anywhere.

Washing your face:

This is one is what you do right after you take off your make up. It cleans your pores. Start with warm water, and once your done, splash cold water on your face. It closes your pores back up.

Brushing your teeth:

I know its late and you wanna hop into bed, but remember, your hygiene is the most important thing. My recommendation for toothbrushes is the electric ones, because they honestly clean your teeth faster, and keep them cleaner then just a regular toothbrush. its a couple extra dollars to buy, but it's worth it.

Brush your hair:

If you have short hair, this section you can skip over. But if you have long hair, please brush it. That's the minimum you'll have to do. But if you don't want dramatic knots, putting you hair in a bun or braiding it will help. It will keep your hair in one please and unknotted.

Skincare:

Lotion. Don't over do it, but lotion needs to be used morning and night on your skin. It'll keep it soft and smooth, and will do wonders when people grab your hand or something. Also put lotion on your skin and neck if you don't do that already, because it'll get moisture in there too.

Nighttime work out:

•25 squats
•40 second wall sit
•30 sit ups
•ten jumping jacks.

Grab a glass of water, and drink it before bed. It does wonders for your skin, trust me.

Showering is a huge deal. and I didn't put it at the beginning of the chapter for a reason. During the day time, you have the morning routine. (Aka the last chapter). But at night, is when you could shower. It'll wash off all of the dirt and stuff that's gotten on your during the day.

Showering:

Make sure you shampoo, then condition your hair. When you condition your hair, run your fingers through each part of your hair to ensure that they're going to be unknotted when you step out of the shower. Another thing is, is if you use bodywash and shave in the shower, its so much easier, and it'll stop you from spending extra money on shaving cream. Trust me, its worth it. After shaving, washing your face is a must. And let the face wash sit on your face for thirty seconds before rinising it off.

{Next chapter is on social media aesthetics, so stay tuned. Love y'all xxx}
