Morning Routine

Ah waking up in the morning. What a lovely time, am I right ?

Haha no. If youre like me. You're naturally a lazy person when you first wake up.

I recommend waking up thirty minutes to a hour before you're supposed to, that way you have time to be on your phone, and get your mind going.

After that, exercise is key. I'm aware you just woke up, but trust me, it works.

Try doing to the following exercises:

•15 squats
•5 push ups
•20 jumping jacks
•20 crunches
•5 push ups

Then Stretch.

After that, go to the kitchen, and start breakfast.

I know I know, if you're running late, breakfast isn't an option.

If you are running late, grab a bottle of water and a granola bar, then go.

If you have time, eat fruits, and drink water or tea.

I don't know about you, but I love to begin my morning listening to mellow artist. Some relaxing bands are

•Oh Wonder
•The Neighbourhood
•Lana Del Ray

Next, its time for you to do your hygiene.

Teeth

•brush your teeth (sing your ABC's twice)
•then floss
•chew mint gum or tic tacs if needed

Skin
•splash your face with warm water
•wash your face with facial wash
•Splash your face with cold water
•rub lotion on your entire body
•apply lip balm

Hair

•brush it all the way through
•do whatever hair style you feel like doing
•pull your hair up for bad hair days
•rebrush it before leaving

Now when you do your make up, feeling hyped is the best way to feel confident

Tips for make up:

•Dont over do it
•lipstick is not required
•remember you're beautiful no matter what

•grab your backpack/purse/handbag before leaving
•remember your keys
•take a bottle of water with you.
•grab your earbuds
