Violet! Violet where are you!? Ronald was looking around his room for his friend. When he opened his drawer, Violet popped out.
"Boo," Violet exclaimed.
Ronald jumped, backing away quickly, but when he saw that it was Violet, he approached her and gave Violet an air hugged her. Violet giggled and raised a brow.
"What's wrong," Violet asked.
I haven't seen you all day yesterday and I thought you left me. Ronald looked at her morosely.
"Oh, I never left you," Violet smiled. "And you were with your friend, so I did not want to bother."
Um, he's not really my friend.
"Oh, really. You seemed to be happy to hang around with him and you guys interact as if you're 'friends.'"
But, you're my only friend. Ronald gave Violet the puppy dog eyes.
Violet laughed. "You're so adorable. Okay, then. You know you can refer to me as your best friend and him as a normal friend. Or you can refer to me as your 'soul mate.' Ayy ayy, get it? Cuz I'm like a soul and you are my mate. Soul mate as in ghost friend."
Ronald smiled and rolled his eyes at Violet's pun. As they continued their conversation, Ronald's father walked in.
"Hey, Ronald are you ready for..." Mr. Rhyland paused for a moment as he watches Ronald smiling at nothing.
"Um, Ronald," Mr. Rhyland interrupted.
Ronald jolted when he heard his father's voice. When he looked at his father he waved as a response.
"Yeah, hi. Who were you talking to?"
<I was not talking. I cannot talk remember.>
"Yes. I know, but I saw you conversing with something."
<Yes, dad, I am ready for school.> Ronald gestured and ignored his father's statement. He, then, walked downstairs and exited out of the house as quick as a rabbit, hoping his father would just ignore him.
"Okay, then," Mr. Rhyland whispered to himself, "Looks like I have to add that to my notebook of strange things about my son..."
When Ronald arrived at school, he saw that Parker and Damien were waiting outside. Parker has a bandage covering up his scar and he does not look too happy about it. Not knowing what to do, Ronald just went for it and walked right through them. Instead of casually ignoring the mute, Parker right away snatched Ronald's hoodie.
"Do you really think I'm going to ignore you, right after what you did to me?!"
And a hello to you too. Ronald contemplated as he tried to escape.
"Do you know what I'm going to do to idiots who messes with me!? I'm going to-"
"Ahem," a voice interrupted his dialogue.
Ronald looked and saw that it was Ms. Win -oh thank goodness- and was relieved as he stopped struggling.
"Mr. Mathieu," Ms. Win shouted. "What are you doing!?"
"Oh," Parker reacted. "I just saw something on Mr. Smith's sweater."
"Well, to me it seems as if you were going to strangle him."
"I wasn't."
"Yeah, sure. I will be speaking with you during advisory, now get to class now."
"Yes, Ms. Win." As Parker left along with Damien, Ronald fixed his sweater up. Finally, a teacher has saved my life!
