The Graveyard Shift

Chapter 29

**Jenna's POV**

Ryan and I are currently at my house picking up my truck.

"How are things with Blade?" I asked Zoey

"Good! I think I wanna move in with him."

"That's cool, Ryan asked me to move with him"

"We're growing up Jenna." She said hugging me "but have fun with Ryan and I'll see you in a few days"

"Okay bye Zoey" I said walking out of the house

"Ready to go?" Ryan asked

"Yes!" I threw my bags in the back of the truck and went to get in

"Want me to drive" Ryan asked holding out his hand for the keys

"I can drive. It is my truck after all"

Ryan got in and I started to drive. We just small talked the whole way to Pittsburgh. For Ryan to not be a talkative person he sure did talk a lot.

"Ryan, I highly doubt that aliens are real" I said laughing

"Jenna, I watch enough TV to know exactly what I'm talking about"

"I think you watching TV is the problem here" I said laughing

Ryan just laughed "I mainly watch cartoons so don't worry"

I just rolled my eyes "I love you Ryan"

"I love you too Jenna" he said holding my hand

Ryan and I got to Pittsburgh and checked into our hotel

"Remember last time we came here we had separate beds?" I asked

"Yes that sucked" Ryan said jummping in the middle of the bed

I just smiled and sat next to him and started rubbing his back and shoulders.

"Jenna?"

"Yeah?"

Ryan sat up and faced me "do you want to go get food?" He asked

"I thought you'd never ask!" I said laughing "just let me change"

I changed out of my sweats and tank top to some leather pants and a nice shirt and some black strappy heels. I put my hair into a ponytail and made sure my makeup looked good. Once I was happy with my appearance I walked out to Ryan

"Wow Jenna. You look good"

"Thanks Ryan" I said smiling

"No I mean like you look hot" Ryan said kissing me

I just blushed as he kissed me. I knew this weekend was gonna be good.

Ryan and I had a great weekend in Pittsburgh,  and Ryan's driving home now

"Zoey is acting odd. She said we need to talk when I get home" I told Ryan

"What do you think is wrong?"

"I don't know. She loves her new job and her boyfriend so I don't know what the problem would be"

"Maybe she's just axious. A lot is about to change. I mean you've lived together for so many years and now it's coming to an end"

"I guess you're right. Are we going to go apartment hunting tomorrow?" I asked

"Yeah, I'll pick you up tomorrow" Ryan said as he pulled up at my house

I got my bags and Ryan left in his car I walked in to find Zoey in the couch with tears in his eyes.

"What's wrong?" I asked

"I'm pregnant"
