Allison's POV
Derek is holding Piper close to his chest. They are dancing slowly together, there fingers intertwined. Emily is no where to be seen, but Derek has never looked happier. Derek whispers something in Piper's ear, making her blush and smile. Emily''s face appears from behind Piper's head and she opens her mouth, ready to say something-
-"Wonderland, are you awake yet?" Ashton's voice wakes me from my odd dream. I've had dreams like these before, but without Emily in them. Considering I just met her yesterday, she has now popped herself into my dreamland.
I glance up at Ash, seeing he is shirtless and wearing dark black shorts. Damn, he's one fine boy. My eyes travel up his eight pack, taking in his tight stomach and muscled shoulders, to his smirking face.
"Done checking me out?" He asks, cheekily. "Look, Wonderland, I'm sorry to disappoint you, and please don't cry, but I like guys. Sorry, honey. If I was into chicks, you would be at the top of my bang list, but I'm not so, yeah."
"I don't know whether to hit you or thank you." I say, honestly. Ash smirks once again, and he briefly reminds me of my mate. Speaking of mates-
"Where is Dylan?" I ask.
"Great, are you going to be the clingy type of mate?"
"No, no. I was just wondering." I reply, now feeling embarrassed. I get out of the comforts of my warm and cozy paradise that is my bed, and walk into my bathroom. I quickly put my hair in a high pony, making sure it doesn't stretch my face and look painful. I begin washing my face when Ash walks in,
"Do you have any moisturizer I can borrow?" He asks, inspecting my various lotions. I pass him one of my better creams and he spreads it on his hands before rubbing his cheeks. "Did you sleep well?" He asks, knowing I have nightmares, like the one he woke me up from the other morning.
"Fine, I had kind of a strange dream though."
"What about?"
"Well I had a weird dream about Piper and Derek dancing, and Emily was there but, like, in the background." I answer, walking into my bedroom once more.
"I don't know, Derek and Emily are weird together." Ash replies, following me.
I grab some jean shorts and a pink tank top, "Really?"
"Yeah, I mean they don't really look at each other the way you and Dylan do."
"Wha-" Ash cuts me off.
"I mean you only just met but I still saw you sneaking glances at each other. When you went to bed last night, he came in my room and wouldn't shut up about how gorgeous you are and blah, blah, blah."
I blush, thinking the same about Dylan. "But, what about Der and Emily?"
"Well our little Der-Der doesn't look at Emily like that. I mean, obviously they like each other, and he still looks at her like he loves her. I mean, they say they're mates, but, I don't know."
"Weird." I agree. We both walk out of my room, now that I'm presentable.
When we walk past a room labeled, 'Max' a girl comes scurrying out. Her hair is a mess and so is the makeup that is still visible on her pale complexion. She's holding her shoes to her chest as well as her clothes. She looks to be in a long shirt, a little too short to be wearing without pants, that is obviously Max's. She spots us and her cheeks burn in embarrassment.
"Morning, Natalie." Ashton says with a knowing smile on his face.
"Morning," She mutters. The girl spares me a glance before she bolts down the hall to a room, I assume is hers.
