Chapter 28

~Allison's POV~

After the battle with the rogues, things around the pack became quiet. Well, as quiet as a house full of werewolves could be.

Ash and Carson spend all their days together, Ash saying he is never letting Carson get out of his sights again.

Charlie joined our pack, and him and Carson participated in the Beta ceremony. Now we have four Betas at Dylan's request: Max, Derek, Carson, and Charlie. Hilary and Charlie's romance has bloomed and Hilary no longer wears as much makeup. She is no longer rude to me, on the contrary, we are good friends now.

Derek and Piper are finally able to be together, and Piper definitely keeps her man on his feet. Piper being a human and living with us really doesn't matter to anyone here. Everyone is accepting of her. When I gave Derek my message from mom, he looked like he didn't believe it at first. Then he cried.

Max still hasn't found his mate, but that's alright because he is still young.

As for Dylan and I...

"Alice?" A teasing voice fills the air, I hold in my laughter. "Where ever could she be? Is she hiding from me? Her sexy, gorgeous, built and-"

"-modest mate?" I finish, lunging out from the spot we first kissed.

Arms wrap around me and Dylan holds me close, chuckling lowly. He leans forward and kisses me softly, making my heart melt and my knees weak. He mumbles against my lips, "I love you."

I pull my face away from his slightly, holding his face in my hands. I gaze at his beautiful face, staring into those mysterious and addictive eyes. I can't help but tease him. "I mean, I guess I love you too."

He grins, kissing my nose. He murmurs lowly, "You, guess?" He kisses me again, molding our bodies to each other. He brushes his fingers through my hair and kisses my forehead as he pulls away.

"I know. love you, too." I say, smiling softly. "I always will."

Love is different in my new world. In my old world, the world with my foster mom, my world of writing fanfiction and watching endless reruns of Teen Wolf, love is not something that is offered up half-heartily. It usually takes if not months, then years to express. In my new world, my world of fighting werewolves, my world knowing my parents didn't die because of me, my true world, love is something that is celebrated. It's different for us, we know who our soul mates are, who we are meant to spend our lives with. There is no guessing, no need to be hesitant, we just know.

And I know, to my every fibre, my every being, that I love Dylan Night.

And I loved, Becoming Were.

-A/N-

Hello my lovely readers! That would be the end of my story!

Thank you so much for reading.

I hope you enjoyed my first story on Wattpad! I am not writing a sequel immediately, I have a few ideas to keep Allison's story going but I may not act on them.

I want to say a huge thank you to those who stuck with my story to the end, those that commented, those that voted, those that fell in love with the characters the way I did!

I love you all, thank you for experiencing this with me.

For those of you wondering,  I am in the process of writing a new story, not about werewolves but supernatural, all the same!

I would love any messages telling me things that I did right, any advice, or anything like that! I'm sad that the story ended, but all good things must eventually come to an end- like this author's note!

Thank you, my beautiful readers!
